The Las Vegas-Clark County Urban Action Committee Task Force Records (1973-1974) was created by the Nevada legislature in 1973 to consider the future organization of Clark County. The Committee formed five task forces to examine judicious ways to incorporate county areas into the city: budget and finance; fire and police; planning, zoning, building codes, and related elements; water, streets, sewerage, sewers solid waste, and flood control; and boards and commissions. There is a file of minutes from each task force.

The Charter Hospital of Las Vegas, Nevada Records on Problem Gambling are comprised of various professional papers, reports, articles, and documents related to compulsive gambling and pathological gambling dating from 1968 to 1987. The focus of the records is compulsive gambling, therapy and treatments, and Gambler's Anonymous. Many of the papers included are copies of articles and conference papers about problem gaming.

Ann Valder Papers (1963-1984) include agendas and minutes, programs, invitations, events, and newspaper clippings. The papers are limited to the time Valder spent working for the Review Journal and the Valley Times in Las Vegas, Nevada. The activities covered are her work with Southern Nevada Memorial Hospital and the American Cancer Society.

Collection consists primarily of administrative records and event photographs from the Nathan Adelson Hospice (NAH) in Las Vegas, Nevada from its founding in 1978 to 2016. Included are annual reports, board meeting minutes, by-laws, promotional materials, issues of Monarch, the hospice newsletter, and some press clippings. Also included in this collection are commemorative birthday books for NAH co-founder, Irwin Molasky, and his wife, Susan Molasky. A small amount of material is related to the Nathan Adelson Memorial Hospice Book Collection.

The American Booksellers Association Collection (1990) consists of catalogs, directories, and magazines pertaining to the annual meeting of the American Booksellers Association (ABA) in Las Vegas, Nevada in 1990.

The Byrd Wall Sawyer Collection primarily consists of Byrd's research files on Nevada from 1930 to 1970. The materials concentrate on her monograph, "Nevada Nomads," as well as her co-authored textbook, "Here is Nevada." The collection also includes speeches, journal articles, memos, research note cards and papers, correspondence, informational booklets and pamphlets, maps, photographs, audiovisual materials, and newspaper articles and clippings.

The Robert B. Griffith Collection (1928-1975) documents the work of Robert B. Griffith, an instrumental figure in the development of water resources in Las Vegas, Nevada, as well as the creation of McCarran International Airport and Nellis Air Force Base. The collection consists of Colorado River Commission papers, 1928 International Air Race documents, general correspondence, a feasibility study, an airport guide, American Legion papers, the memoirs of Alfred Merritt Smith, and death and burial records belonging to his father.

The Annette Lyon Collection of Las Vegas, Nevada Casino Ashtrays dates from 1965 to 1990. The collection primarily contains various glass ashtrays from Las Vegas, Nevada hotels and casinos. The collection also contains pens from various Las Vegas hotels and casinos.

The Ralph Roske Papers (1957-1989) consist of Ralph Roske's book manuscripts, lecture notes, and correspondence. The collection includes extensive lecture notes on the United States Civil War, United States history, and Nevada history. It also includes Roske's research and manuscripts on Nevada, California, and the United States Civil War, as well as student

papers. Ralph Roske was a professor of history at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV).

The Las Vegas Porcelain Artists Records span from 1975 to 1993 and document the history of the Las Vegas, Nevada, non-profit organization that was a division of the World Organization of China Painters (WOCP). The collection includes club by-laws, membership lists, convention pamphlets, promotional materials, correspondence, membership applications, meeting minutes, and financial information. It also includes photo albums, slides, negatives, a cookbook, and other documents.
