The Colorado River Commission of Nevada Reference Library Collection (1922-2000) documents the history of the Colorado River Commission (CRC) and is predominately comprised of books, briefs, memoranda, motions, exhibits, and other documents pertaining to the Arizona v. California litigation occurring between 1931 and 2000. The collection also contains meeting minutes, correspondence, budgets, reports, and other work files relating to the CRC.

The Collection on the Las Vegas, Nevada Jewish Community spans from 1964 to 2006 and is comprised of scrapbooks, genealogies, ephemera, and other material produced by or for the community. The Hadassah scrapbooks date from 1964 through 1971 and contain invitations, photographs, and records of events and fundraising efforts. Material related to various congregations includes bulletins, fliers, correspondence (form letters), photographs, newspaper clippings, and recorded media. The Jewish Genealogy Society records include bulletins, newsletters, and meeting agendas.

The Donn Arden Papers (1910s-1990s) document Arden's sixty-plus years in the entertainment industry working in showrooms and nightclubs all over the world including Paris, France, Las Vegas, Nevada, New York, New York, and Los Angeles, California. Donn Arden worked as a choreographer, producer and director known for creating extravagant production shows that combined spectacular scenery and disaster with sequined and feathered showgirls.

The Joanne de Longchamps Papers date from 1938 to 1985 and document de Longchamps' career as a poet as well as her personal life. The collection contains photocopies of her published poems, poetry journals and magazines containing her work, and photocopies of her unpublished typewritten poetry. It also contains original correspondence from Joanne de Longchamps to her mother, Ruth Cutten, as well as photocopies of her correspondence to poet Harold Witt.

The International Training in Communication, Vegas Valley Club Chapter Records document the history of the organization in Las Vegas, Nevada from 1965 to 1994. The organizational records include meeting minutes, treasurer's reports, bylaws, and scrapbooks of photos, newspaper clippings, newsletters, and ephemera.

The UNLV University Libraries Collection on Las Vegas Show Costume Design is comprised of work from several desginers who created costumes for various Las Vegas, Nevada shows. The designs are undated but appear to date from the 1940s to 1970s. The collection includes works from the following designers: Jean Devlyn, Anne Guertin, Larry Merritt, Ladd, Josephine Spinedi, Corrado Colabucci, and also includes unsigned designs from unknown artists. The collection also designs for Matt Gregory Productions. Most of the designs do not include show information.

The collection consists of records of the Frontier Girl Scouts Council (FGSC) dating from 1944 until 1999. The majority of the collection dates from 1990 to 1999. It contains annual reports and publications of the FGSC, committee minutes and agenda, troop financial records, membership data, and leader training records. It also includes correspondence and publications of the Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA).

The Siegfried and Roy Memorabilia Collection (1990-2000) consists of books, magazines, programs, and visual recordings from the shows of Las Vegas, Nevada entertainers Siegfried and Roy. Several of the books and magazines in the collection have been autographed by Siegfried and Roy.

The Nat Hart Professional Papers contain the business records, personal papers, and photographs of Las Vegas, Nevada chef and restaurateur Nat Hart, who served as the Corporate Vice-President of Food and Beverage for Caesars World in the 1970s and 1980s. Papers date from 1930 to 2000 and include restaurant training and service manuals, business proposals, architectural drawings, recipe cards, cookbooks, menu specifications, photographs, scrapbooks, awards, news releases, and correspondence.

The David R. Parks Papers (1981-1994) contain a house appraisal, memorial card, copy of a plaque, a certificate of appreciation, and brochures, a surety bond, and correspondence involving the Camp David Men's Health Club. There is also a copy of a law suit and sales papers for the JTJ Corporation.
