The Marge Jacques Papers (1960-1990) comprise the personal papers of Marge Jacques, a prominent member of the Las Vegas, Nevada gay and lesbian community, and owner of the gay bar, Le Cafe. The papers contain correspondence, licensing records, financial statements, and artifacts from clubs that Jacques owned or managed. Also included are photographs, videotapes, audiotapes, newspaper clippings, and Gipsy Nightclub promotional material.

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) University Libraries Menu Collection consists of menus from restaurants, events, and travel excursions dating from 1852 to 2010. It includes menus from throughout the United States, with the majority of menus coming from Las Vegas, Nevada and Southern California. It also contains materials from many countries as well as travel menus from passenger rail travel, cruise liners and ships, and airlines.

This collection is comprised of the personal papers of noted Las Vegas entertainment writer, producer, and critic Bill Willard, which date from 1887 to 1999. It contains material on his father's theater and political involvements as well as Willard's early childhood and high school years. His time in the United States Army is chronicled by the editorials and correspondence he wrote. His papers trace his continued involvement in writing, entertainment, and art which culminated in his direction of the Arnold Shaw Popular Music Research Center.

The Sadie and Hampton George Papers (1874-1948) consist primarily of the incoming and outgoing correspondence of Sadie Kiel George and her husband, Hampton George, regarding proposed land and mineral rights sales. The collection also includes some personal correspondence, and two of the most significant letters in the collection deal with the deaths of brothers William and Edward Kiel, Sadie's uncles, who were found dead at the Kiel Ranch in October 1900. Also included in the collection are receipts, cancelled checks, tax notices, mining claims, and land deeds.

The Sonny Schwartz Recordings and Papers (1928-1998) documents the career of New Jersey journalist and radio personality Sonny Schwartz. Materials include cassette tapes of Schwartz's radio program, Dateline Atlantic City, and his interviews with musicians, comedians, and other entertainers. The collection also contains an assortment of radio programming featuring performers like Frank Sinatra and Bill Cosby.

The Arnold Shaw papers (1927-2006) contain correspondence, newspaper articles, journal entries, promotional materials, and photographs. Shaw was a prolific writer and his papers also include articles, short stories, plays, and biographies written by him. In addition there are proofreader's notes, research material, and scratch copies for each of his fourteen books. The collection also contains papers from the various vocal groups and companies under contract with Shaw's music company, Mansion Music.

The UNLV University Libraries Collection of Graphic Art (1930-2012) contains original paintings and print reproductions, engravings, photographs, landscape drawings, trade publications, design annuals, and color and typography guides. The collection also includes posters and advertisements for art exhibits hosted throughout Southern Nevada and the Southwest United States.

The Trump Taj Mahal Hotel and Casino Publicity Files (2000-2002) consists of photocopies of newspaper clippings that relate to the Trump Taj Mahal Hotel and Casino operations in Atlantic City, New Jersey, collected by the hotel's Public Relations Department. The newspaper clippings cover a wide variety of topics relating to the hotel and casino's operations, including celebrity guests, entertainers, Donald Trump's role in hotel operations, and general Atlantic City gaming.

The Mesquite Club Records (1911-2016) contain the organizational files of the Mesquite Club, the oldest women's service club in Las Vegas, Nevada. Materials include meeting agendas and minutes, correspondence, committee reports, newsletters, scrapbooks, and photographic prints and negatives. The records document the club's administrative structure, community service projects, social events, and relationship with the General Federation of Women's Clubs (GFWC).

The records of the Nevada Association of Psychiatric Physicians (NAPP) document the professional association's membership, activities, and advocacy from 1984 to 2000. The records indicate how NAPP organized the professional psychiatric community in Southern Nevada, held meetings on various public health initiatives, networked with other professional organizations like the American Medical Association and the American Psychological Association, and published articles and newsletters on a variety of psychiatric topics.
