The Young Electric Sign Company (YESCO) Corporate Records (1914-2000) document the history of the Young Electric Sign Company (YESCO) and is comprised of photographs of sign production and finished signs, negatives, slides, transparencies, anniversary scrapbooks, and videotapes. The collection also contains meeting minutes, correspondence, price books, drawings, calculations, newspaper and trade magazine articles on YESCO, advertising materials, and oral history interviews and audio recordings of YESCO designers and executives.

The R.F. “Chick” Perkins Papers date from 1900 to 1990, with the bulk from 1930 to 1990, and document the history of Native Americans and the archaeology of Southern Nevada. The collection contains photographs, correspondence, professional papers, official documents, and publications belonging to Richard Fay "Chick" Perkins, who served as curator of the Lost City Museum in Overton, Nevada, from 1956 to 1980.

The Peggy Hyde Phillips Papers (1929-1998) document the lives of Peggy Hyde Phillips, her first husband Charles, and her son Michael. Materials include family photographs, correspondence, newspaper clippings, and documents from Michael Hyde’s time as a student at the United States Air Force Academy. The collection also includes a near-complete run of issues from February 1, 1963 through May 8, 1964 of the Paradise Press weekly newspaper from Paradise, an unincorporated township in Clark County, Nevada.

The Nevada Wildlife Federation Records (1989-1997) consist of pamphlets, newsletters, periodic meeting minutes, and a copy of the bylaws of the Nevada Wildlife Federation.

The Red Rock Canyon National Conservation records (1965-2007) contain information about the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area (previously the Red Rock Canyon Recreation Lands). It largely consists of newspaper clippings on a variety of events related to Red Rock Canyon from 1965 to 1998 with the bulk from the 1980s and 1990s. The records also include Bureau of Land Management documents pertaining to interpretive efforts, visitation statistics, and law enforcement reports.

The Shelley Bristol Papers (approximately 1950 to 2023) document Bristol's experiences as an AIDS activist, sex worker, and radio show host. The materials include Bristol's personal testimony for the National Association of People with AIDS, her correspondence with the "Nevadans Against Prostitution," a newsletter from WORLD (Women Organized to Respond to Life-Threatening Diseases), and notes for Bristol's personal autobiography.

The Union Pacific Railroad Collection (1828-1986) is comprised of the original corporate records of the Union Pacific Railroad's operations in Southern Nevada, Utah, and Southern California, particularly focusing on Las Vegas and Los Angeles. The collection documents the purchase of Stewart ranch and the construction of the original depot and town which became modern Las Vegas. The collection also contains the records of the Las Vegas Land & Water Company (LVL&W), a subsidiary of the railroad formed in 1905 to handle the railroad's land transactions.

The Southern Nevada Chapter of the American War Mothers Organization Records (1947-1995) are comprised primarily of scrapbooks containing correspondence and minutes, numerous newspaper clippings, and photographs. Also included are pamphlets on American War Mothers organizational rituals, bylaws, history, ceremonial ephemera, flags, and a Henderson Chapter Charter. The materials also contain items relating to the North Las Vegas Chapter, the Rose Garden Chapter, and the State Chapter.

The Janet MacEachern Papers (1960-1988) consist of programs, correspondence, financial reports, rosters, clippings, scrapbooks, and photographs relating to her work on various Las Vegas, Nevada, Boulder City, Nevada, and State legislative and political advisory boards.

The Marshall L. Wright Collection on the Riviera Hotel (1944-1956) consists of a disassembled scrapbook, a small amount of newspaper clippings, and correspondence from Marshall L. Wright. He served as the general manager of the Riviera Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada beginning in 1954 and remained in the role through the hotel’s opening on April 20, 1955. By late 1955, he moved to a similar role at the Flamingo Las Vegas. Materials document the opening of the Riviera including black-and-white photographs of the construction of the hotel, press kits, brochures, and other promotional material.
