Hazel Baker Denton Papers (1907-1957) contain correspondence, family artifacts, scrapbooks, newspaper clippings, and family biographical information. Included are journals that chronicle the years Denton served as an Assemblywoman for the Nevada State Legislature and a copy of her book, Ironing Day, her newspaper columns, and speeches.

The Jewish Family Service Agency (JFSA) records (1954, 1979-1993) contain organizational records, minutes, committee information, planning documents, newspaper clippings, newsletters, photographs, and volunteer information collected by Bea Levinson. There are also two folders of material about Bea Levinson, who was chairperson of the JFSA Long Range Planning Committee.

The Loretta Bowman Collection of Clark County Clerk Records (1912-1997) contain documents collected by Clark County Clerk Loretta Bowman during her time in office. Materials include court proceedings, signed agreements and contracts, appointments to public offices and related correspondence, denials of cases involving battery on police officers, affidavits for birth certificates, and criminal peace bonds. The majority of the materials are oaths of office and the related surety bonds for government officials.

The Jackie Brett Collection on Las Vegas, Nevada Entertainment (1977-1996) consists of writings by Jackie Brett and publications and clippings about Las Vegas, Nevada entertainment and tourism. Brett worked for the Nevada Commission on Tourism and promoted southern Nevada through her column "Brett's Vegas View." She wrote about production shows, concerts, special performances, and events as well as the overall development of Las Vegas tourist industry in the 1980s and 1990s.

The collection is comprised of drawings (1950-1990) completed by American architect Martin Stern and/or his architectural firm, Martin Stern Jr., AIA Architect and Associates, and contains 400 cubic feet of materials including 710 drawings from over 300 different projects involving over 100 buildings. Stern’s work focused on the resort centers of Las Vegas, Nevada; Reno, Nevada; Lake Tahoe, Stateline, Nevada; and Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Collection is comprised of the papers of Las Vegas producer, manager, and agent Matt Gregory from 1959 to 1986. Included are contracts, costume sketches, press releases, videos, show reviews, and advertisements. Also included are correspondence, public relations material, business related material, costume and set design drawings and sketches, slides, negatives, photographs, transparencies, and videos, mostly from the 1960s through the 1980s.

The Howard Hughes Public Relations Reference Files (1931-1997) were compiled by Richard "Dick" Hannah, vice-president of the Los Angeles public relations firm Carl Byoir & Associates, which was hired to direct public relations for Hughes’ companies. The collection is primarily composed of newspaper clippings organized into reference files. A significant number of the files contain articles about Howard Hughes’ personal life, the operations of his companies, and legal and political disputes involving Hughes and his companies.

The Charlotte Hill Papers (1975-1996) document Charlotte Hill’s commitment to the Las Vegas, Nevada community and especially to the local PBS affiliate, KLVX Channel 10. The majority of the collection relates to KLVX Channel 10 and the work of the Friends of Channel 10 on behalf of the station, in particular information about fundraising events and volunteers. It also contains material related to Hill's membership in national organizations associated with public broadcasting.

The Saundra Krenzer Papers (1990-1995) contain the Nevada legislator's published campaign records, campaign telephone records, and biographical information.

The Renee Diamond Papers date from 1972 to 2000 and consist primarily of political and professional materials including reports, correspondence, publications, newsletters, and planning documents collected by Diamond throughout her career. Diamond supported the feminist movement as a member of the National Organization for Women and held leadership roles in the Democratic party in Las Vegas, Nevada. The collection also documents Diamond’s campaigns for the Nevada State Assembly and includes material from her one term in the legislature.
