The Stephn P. Grogan papers is comprised of Grogan's personal papers (approximately 1960 to 2020) that primarily document his career working in the gaming industry in Colorado and Las Vegas, Nevada. The collection documents Grogan's involvement with Vegas Pacific business partnership, Skilleo Games, Action Gaming, and EWM Investments. The collection also includes papers documenting Grogan's business ventures in Colorado as well as his writing career. Included in this collection are drafts of Grogan's novels and plays.

The collection is comprised of captured websites and Twitter data related to the mass shooting that occured at the Route 91 Harvest Festival in Las Vegas, Nevada on October 1, 2017. Captured websites are primarily comprised of articles and news stories from local, national, and international news media outlets. Websites were captured periodically from 2017 to 2018.

The Tutor Perini Corporation Records (1974-2022) are comprised of mainly digital files used for promotional and marketing materials that feature the company and the construction projects they have developed in Las Vegas, Nevada. Also included in this collection are issues of Construction Las Vegas magazine, Perini News magazine, and a copy of Creating CityCenter: World-Class Architecture and the New Las Vegas.

The Domingo Cambeiro Corporation Architectural Records contain renderings and presentation boards depicting schools, commercial properties, public facilities, and government buildings throughout Las Vegas, Nevada between 1979 to 2010. The collection also includes architectural drawings of the Thomas & Mack Center on the campus of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

The collection is comprise of correspondence, magazines, photographs, and brochures relating to the Nevada Test Site outside of Las Vegas, Nevada and the Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory in New Mexico dating from 1942 to 2002. The collection was compiled by Jack Livingston and Jacquelynn Smith during their time working at various defense industry locations.

The collection consists of seven numbered art prints, hand signed by Arizona artist, Erni Cabat, with accompanying certificates of authenticity. The prints were created from original gouache paintings of scenes from casino life, and distributed by Nevada Magazine to mark the 50th anniversary of gambling in Nevada in 1981.

The collection documents Gilbert Shwartz's early involvement with the Clark County Sheriff's Mounted Posse and the Elks Club in the early 1960s as well as the growth of his real estate company, Sahara Realty, from 1963 to 2008. The collection includes photographs and programs of the Clark County Sheriff's Mounted Posse Rodeo and programs for the Elks Club Helldorado Days Rodeo from the early 1960s.

The John B. DuBois Papers (1967-2012) contain legislative bills, reviews, and requests from his time as a Nevada State Assemblyman from Clark County. Also included are newspaper clippings, campaign material, contribution letters, and election results. There are Datagraphic Research, Inc. Opinion Polls conducted and written by his wife Judith DuBois, photographs, speeches, and a manuscript for a stage play adopted from a novel written by John DuBois.

The Southern Nevada Coalition of Concerned Women, Inc. Records (1996-2018) contains photographs, charity event programs, operational records, correspondence, and newspaper clippings. The majority of the collection consists of photographs and other materials documenting SNCCW's annual fundraising luncheons. Also included are the SNCCW's Articles of Incorporation, a brochure, awards, and certificates.

The Alex Shoofey Papers are comprised of records spanning 1967 to 1972 that primarily pertain to financial operations and policies for the International Hotel and Casino-Las Vegas Hilton and the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. The collection includes daily profit and loss reports, interdepartmental correspondence, staffing and operational policies and procedures, production reports, and Shoofey's personal correspondence.
