The Janice Allen Papers (1927-2011) are comprised of photographs, various publications, awards, a scrapbook, correspondence, memoranda, and newspaper clippings dating from 1953 to 2011 that document Janice Allen's philanthropic and political work in the state of Nevada. The materials document Allen's involvement with the Las Vegas Junior League, the Beta Sigma Phi sorority, and other volunteer work. The collection also contains correspondence received by Allen from various United States politicians. Also included are items from Allen's childhood dating to 1927 and 1928.

The collection is comprised of professional communication, memoranda, newspaper clippings, membership cards, and manuals from 1930 to 1984 that belonged to Las Vegas, Nevada police officer, Joseph T. LaVoie. The collection contains material about LaVoie's police work, his involvement with various labor organizations, and his work with childrens groups such as the Friends of Youth. The material about LaVoie's work as a police officer dates from 1946 to 1966, when the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department was known as the City of Las Vegas Police Department.

The Kenneth Yerike Papers are comprised of video tapes, instructional manuals, casino operational instructions, playing cards, dice, and brochures that date from approximately 1970 to 2000 and document Yerike's involvement with establishing the Hyatt Regency and Regency Casino on Jeju Island, South Korea. The papers include information about how the Hyatt Regency Casino was established and how staff were trained, particularly as it relates to operating table games. The instructional manuals detail how to play table games such as craps, roulette, blackjack, and baccarat.

The Karen Allison Collection on Contract Bridge (1937-1997) contains instructional guides, pamphlets, and booklets explaining the rules and strategies for contract bridge, a card game. Included are correspondence and meeting minutes with contract bridge organizations with which Allison was associated. Also included are lists of players who participated in the Monte Carlo 5th World Bridge Olympiad in Monte Carlo, Monaco in 1976.

The Stephen Nasser Papers (1992-2018) mainly contain letters written from school children to Nasser who travels to schools, churches, and organizations around Las Vegas, Nevada to share his story of surviving the Holocaust during World War II. Materials in this collection document his captivity in various prison camps and includes photographs, awards, and newspaper clippings. Also included are speeches given by Nasser and book reviews and a teacher's guide of his book My Brother's Voice written by students of Dixie College, St. George, Utah.

The American Institute of Architects (AIA) Nevada Design & Service Awards Records (2015-2016) is comprised entirely of digital files of forms and project submittals for one of its sub-programs: the AIA Nevada Excellence In Design Awards. These projects primarily pertain to Las Vegas, Nevada, but include other locations throughout Nevada, the United States, and internationally. Project types include residences, commercial buildings, public facilities, and educational buildings.

The Dave Melton Graphic Design Papers is comprised of Las Vegas, Nevada graphic designer David Melton's papers relating to his graphic design work from 1972 to 1990. The papers include mock-ups and finalized projects from Las Vegas hotels and casinos as well as local businesses. The casino material is primarily from the Dunes Hotel and Country Club and the MGM Grand Hotel.

The Johnny LaVoie Papers on the Culinary Workers Union 226 (1958-1993) contain photographs of Culinary Union meetings; Culinary Union strikes at the MGM Hotel, Frontier Hotel, and other Las Vegas, Nevada hotels; agreements; by-laws; and Culinary Union collective bargaining booklets. Also included are negatives that correspond to the photographs, audiovisual material, newsletters from the Culinary Union and Catering Industry Employees, pins, buttons, and postcards.

The Southern Nevada Home Builders Association (SNHBA) records represent the residential construction industry organization's activities from 1974 to 2015. The collection is primarily comprised of copies of SNHBA's newsletter, The Silver Spike, member directories, and event working files and photographs. The collection also includes working files for the awards presented by SNHBA to local home builders on excellence and design in home building: the Homer Awards and Silver Nugget Awards.

The B. J. Lund & Co. Account Ledgers contain account ledgers from B. J. Lund & Co. from 1907 to 1927. B. J. Lund & Co. operated out of Modena, Utah and serviced both Utah and Nevada residents. The account ledgers document items bought at B. J. Lund & Co's general store in Modena, Utah.
