The collection (approximately 1940s-1970s) is comprised primarily of personal and professional photographs, ephemera, and scrapbooks of steel guitar player Beryl Harrell who performed with different musical acts in California and Nevada throughout the 1940s to the 1960s. There are a number of personal photographs of Beryl's family, namely her son, Don Triolo. The collection includes an optical disc with five recordings of Harrell playing the steel guitar for different musical acts. The collection also contains clippings and magazine articles about Harrell's life and career.

The Sandstone Ranch Collection is comprised of bank statements, letters, correspondence, and photographs relating to the Wilson family from 1907 to 1941. The collection includes information about the financial aspect of the Wilson Ranch, later renamed the Sandstone Ranch, located outside of Las Vegas, Nevada. The collection also includes information about the personal lives of those working on the including contracts about grazing cattle, selling cattle, and appropriation of water.

The collection is comprised of correspondence, maps, reports, and economic development plans from Ricki Barlow, the Las Vegas City Council representative for ward five, dating from 2006 to 2015. The collection includes information about development plans for West Las Vegas, Nevada and downtown Las Vegas, Nevada.

The collection is comprised of city council meeting minutes, articles of incorporation, and other materials spanning 1907 to 1918 that document the incorporation of the city of Searchlight, Nevada.

The Howard Booth Papers are comprised of the personal papers of environmental activist Howard Booth from 1964 to 2017. The collection includes information about Booth's efforts to help turn Red Rock Canyon into a National Conservation Area. Booth was a member of multiple conservation organizations and the collection includes meeting minutes and newsletters from the Toiyabe chapter of the Sierra Club. The collection also contains correspondence, newspaper clippings, official reports, newsletters, and meeting minutes collected by Booth from various environmental organizations.

The Stephn P. Grogan papers is comprised of Grogan's personal papers (approximately 1960 to 2020) that primarily document his career working in the gaming industry in Colorado and Las Vegas, Nevada. The collection documents Grogan's involvement with Vegas Pacific business partnership, Skilleo Games, Action Gaming, and EWM Investments. The collection also includes papers documenting Grogan's business ventures in Colorado as well as his writing career. Included in this collection are drafts of Grogan's novels and plays.

The collection is comprised of captured websites and Twitter data related to the mass shooting that occured at the Route 91 Harvest Festival in Las Vegas, Nevada on October 1, 2017. Captured websites are primarily comprised of articles and news stories from local, national, and international news media outlets. Websites were captured periodically from 2017 to 2018.

The Tutor Perini Corporation Records (1974-2022) are comprised of digital files used for promotional and marketing materials that feature the company and the construction projects they have developed in Las Vegas, Nevada. Also included in this collection are issues of Construction Las Vegas magazine, Perini News magazine, and a copy of Creating CityCenter: World-Class Architecture and the New Las Vegas.

The Domingo Cambeiro Corporation Architectural Records contain renderings and presentation boards depicting schools, commercial properties, public facilities, and government buildings throughout Las Vegas, Nevada between 1979 to 2010.
