The Walter E. Lundberg collection is comprised of menus from various United States and foreign locations from the 1960s to 2001. The collection also includes a scrapbook featuring holiday cards and matchbook covers from different business and restaurants across the United States from the 1930s and 1940s. The menus come from locations United States locations such as Las Vegas, Nevada, California, and New York, New York. The menus from foreign locations come from China and Denmark.

The Walter E. Lundberg collection is comprised of menus from various United States and foreign locations from the 1960s to 2001. The matchbook covers are from various states including Oregon, California, Washington, Minnesota, Idaho, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Illinois, Michigan, New York, Indiana, Alaska, West Virginia, Iowa, Hawaii, Wyoming, Washington, DC, and British Columbia. The menus come from locations United States locations including Las Vegas, Nevada, California, and New York, New York. The Las Vegas, Nevada menus are from restaurants located in casinos including Caesar's Palace Hotel and Casino and the Riviera Hotel and Casino. The menus from foreign locations come from China and Denmark. The collection also includes menus from United Airlines and Alaska Airways.
