U-Wah-Un Study Club Records (1919-1987) include a complete set of the organization's yearbooks from 1919 to 1977, a club scrapbook, meeting minutes, and financial records.

The Elmo and Charlotte Ellsworth Papers (1948-1977) are comprised of business correspondence, room reservation records, promotional materials, and photographs from Elmo's employment at the Flamingo and Riviera Hotels in his work of securing conventions. There is also correspondence and promotional materials from his wife Charlotte Ellsworth, who worked as a reservations manager at the Riviera Hotel and the Frontier Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada and the MGM Grand Hotel in Reno, Nevada.

The Elmer R. Rusco Collection on Ethnicity and Race in Nevada (1964-1972) contains correspondence, court cases, employment information, and research materials compiled by Rusco for a book he was writing on race relations in Nevada.

The Dorothy Keeler Papers (1811-1977) document early Las Vegas history, the life and career of former United States Mint director Eva Adams, and contain images of the Western United States and Southern Nevada in the 1930s. The collection contains clippings on the history of Las Vegas and early Las Vegas weddings as well as photographs documenting the Keelers' travels throughout the Western United States and the construction and dedication of Hoover Dam.

The El Rancho Vegas Collection (1953-1961) is comprised of materials and memorabilia from the El Rancho Vegas Hotel collected by former hotel controller, Frank Watts. Records include financial documents including endorsed checks to performers at the resort. Other items included unused stationary, copies of the menu, and memorabilia from the hotel. The collection also contains a bathmat, hangers, and a drinking glass from the hotel.

Flora Dungan Papers (1929-1974) contain high school and university records, certificates, newspaper clippings, press releases, notes, correspondence, and booklets about her life and political activism in Nevada. Also included are Legislative materials, an audio cassette tape, a copy of the Nevada Constitution, and an oil painting of Flora Dungan.

The Wengert Family Papers (approximately 1900-2000) consist of scrapbooks, newspaper clippings, correspondence, postcards, photographs, and other documents from members of the Wengert family. The Wengert family were members of the Las Vegas, Nevada community since 1907. The collection contains items detailing Lottie Ward Wengert’s life in Iowa before she moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, such as high school and college documents and diplomas, as well as programs and invitations for events in Iowa, Las Vegas, and other cities. The Albert S. Henderson Papers (1879-1962), document his career and service as a district judge in Las Vegas, Nevada. Included are correspondence, a personal statement from his election campaign, certificates and proclamations, his memorial book, numerous newspaper clippings, an 1879 edition of Eureka and Its Resources, and various ephemera: union cards, name tags, and election cards.

The Ainsworth Collection of Las Vegas, Nevada Memorabilia (1942-1965) consists of fliers, programs, and receipts from Las Vegas, Nevada events and gatherings. The material pertains to the Helldorado, Boulder Roundup, and Little Britches rodeos as well as local plays and musicals. Also of interest, the collection contains a 1942 World War II ration book.

The Spencer and Georgia Butterfield Papers (1890s-1978) consist primarily of photographs and scrapbooks pertaining to Spencer and Georgia Butterfield, a prominent Las Vegas, Nevada couple involved in local business and civic activities. The collection also includes newspaper clippings of their social activities, correspondence, and assorted personal memorabilia.
