The C. A. Earle Rinker Papers (1880-1960) contain materials that document the history of early twentieth century Goldfield, located in central Nevada, as well as the life of Rinker. Materials in the collection include correspondence, mining prospectuses, maps, ledgers, souvenirs, photographic negatives, and ephemera that document mining and daily life. Also included is biographical material that tells the story of Earle Rinker and his family before 1906 and after 1909, documenting his life in Indiana and Illinois.

The files, dating from 1968 to 2005, provide documentation of Mandalay Resort Group’s external affairs and internal operations. They contain subject files, photographs, negatives, slides, correspondence, VHS tapes, corporate publications, press releases, press kits, wholesale room agreements, hotel ephemera, employee newsletters, and press clippings.

The Nevada Watercolor Society Records (1969-2009) contain watercolor paintings and organizational records pertaining to the Nevada Watercolor Society, a non-profit organization that aims to promote watermedia painting and art appreciation. Organizational records contain materials including by-laws, articles of incorporation, newsletters, exhibit information, tax and financial records, receipts, photographs, negatives, and newspaper clippings. The Insignia Films Research for the "American Experience: Las Vegas - An Unconventional History" collection (1968, 2004-2005) contains photocopied research material, primarily drawn from Nevada newspapers, photographic prints, Betacam and VHS videotapes with interviews and footage used in the Public Broadcasting System (PBS) series "American Experience: Las Vegas - An Unconventional History," created for the Las Vegas Centennial, Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Marlena Shaw Music Scores (approximately 1960-2005) are comprised of undated music manuscripts exclusively.

The Alan Bible Speeches Collection contains speeches made by Alan Bible while he was serving as a United States Senator representing Nevada from 1967 to 1974. The collection documents Bible's work around the state of Nevada, including dedication and commencement speeches, policy speeches, and promotion of the Democratic Party, as well as some speeches delivered in Washington, D.C.

The Blue Diamond Mine Corporate Records (1918-2005) consist of operational and organization records of the gypsum mining and milling operations located in southwest Clark County, Nevada. Materials include operational records related to individual boring sites at the mine; milling operations and statistics; and equipment operations and statistics, including maps, field notebooks, and photographs.
