The Collection of Newspaper Clippings on Thomas Hanley is comprised of photocopied newspaper articles from the Las Vegas Sun and Las Vegas Review-Journal, dating from 1956 and 1972. The materials relate to the life and career of Thomas Hanley, a union boss accused of several murders and convicted of the murder of Al Bramlet.

The Las Vegas Literary Club records contain materials documenting various club events ranging from the years 1937 to 1997, with the bulk of the material dating from 1973 to 1994. The Mabel Hoggard Papers (1903-2011) contain materials related to Hoggard's career as a Las Vegas, Nevada elementary school teacher, her research and civic interests in Las Vegas's predominantly African American Westside communities, and her engagement with civil rights issues. The collection also contains materials about Hoggard's life, including biographical newspaper articles about her childhood, education, work, and family. The collection includes lesson plans, scrapbooks, awards, correspondence, photographs, and physical objects such as a vinyl record and political pins.

The James Perkins Correspondence consist solely of letters he wrote while stationed at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada in 1951 and 1952.

The Eugene Martin Christiansen Papers (dating from 1948 to 2017, with the bulk of the materials dating from 1975 to 2005) contain research files, reports, and presentations about gambling written and collected by gaming consultant Eugene Martin Christiansen.

The Connie Atkinson Collection of Sheet Music and Music Scores is comprised of original music manuscript arrangements, both handwritten and printed, from composer and arranger Connie Atkinson dating from approximately 1949-2009.

The Southwest Oral History Association Records contains records of the Southwest Oral History Association (SOHA) from 1981 to 2020. Records include agendas and minutes from the executive board committee, financial records, correspondence, photographs, and planning documents for SOHA's annual conference.

The Antonio Morelli Papers (approximately 1910-1989) consist of photographic prints and slides, scrapbooks, concert programs, correspondence, and audio recordings that chronicle the professional and personal life of longtime Sands Hotel and Casino orchestra conductor Antonio Morelli and his wife Helen. The collection also documents Morelli’s efforts to provide classical music concerts for the Las Vegas, Nevada community and his involvement with the Guardian Angel Church on the Las Vegas Strip.

The Las Vegas Professional Men’s Club Records (1984-1997) consist of the constitution, meeting minutes, and organizational documents of the Las Vegas Professional Men’s Club, later known as the Las Vegas Men’s Club (LVMC). The LVMC provided a social outlet for gay men in Southern Nevada. The bulk of the materials date from the 1990s and include membership lists, event fliers, promotional materials, financial documents, and information documenting the club’s fundraising activities.
