The Desert Fishes Council Records (1969-1988) consist of resolutions, meeting minutes, symposium programs, agendas, and press releases of the Desert Fishes Council (DFC). The organization is devoted to the study and preservation of Southwestern desert fishes, notably the desert pupfish. The DFC records reflect efforts to bring the plight of desert fishes to the attention of academics and the public as well as highlight the worth of desert lands within the American environmental movement.

The Lois Sagel Papers on Nevada Wilderness Preservation (1989-1995) consist of the papers of Lois Sagel, an environmentalist and advocate for the preservation of Nevada’s wilderness. The collection primarily documents the campaigns surrounding the efforts to expand Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area (1994) as well as to designate the Spring Mountains National Recreation Area (1993). Additionally, it contains information on minor land exchanges and the Question 5/S.B. 189 bond issue to fund state parks (considered in 1989 and 1990).

The Charles S. Sprague and Benjamin Gill Papers on Nevada Mining (1904-1925) are comprised of various records from the mining companies owned and operated by businessmen Charles S. Sprague and Benjamin Gill who were active in the central Nevada boomtowns of Goldfield and Tonopah in the early twentieth century. Documents include correspondence, receipts and invoices, detailed records and copies of government legislative bills relating to the mining industry, and other business correspondence. Sprague's collection consists of his mining business correspondence dating from 1906 to 1925.

The Credit Professionals of Las Vegas Records (1941-1999) include information about the organization and its two predecessors, the Credit Women's Club of Las Vegas, Nevada and the Credit Women's Breakfast Club of Las Vegas, Nevada. The collection includes scrapbooks, procedure manuals from the local and international division of the organization, awards received by the local division, and regional and local newsletters.

The Anthony M. Valentino Erotica Collection (1950s-1990s) contains homoerotic drawings, stories, photographs, ephemera, and magazine articles collected and created by Valentino. This collection provides insight into gay erotica and pornography dating from the mid- to late- twentieth century.

The Collection of Newspaper Clippings on Thomas Hanley is comprised of photocopied newspaper articles from the Las Vegas Sun and Las Vegas Review-Journal, dating from 1956 and 1972. The materials relate to the life and career of Thomas Hanley, a union boss accused of several murders and convicted of the murder of Al Bramlet.

The Las Vegas Literary Club records contain materials documenting various club events ranging from the years 1937 to 1997, with the bulk of the material dating from 1973 to 1994. The materials include scrapbooks that provide insight into the club's activities, events, and celebrations. There are two record books that include financial records with meeting minutes, and a book commemorating the club's history.

The Mabel Hoggard Papers (1903-2011) contain materials related to Hoggard's career as a Las Vegas, Nevada elementary school teacher, her research and civic interests in Las Vegas's predominantly African American Westside communities, and her engagement with civil rights issues. The collection also contains materials about Hoggard's life, including biographical newspaper articles about her childhood, education, work, and family. The collection includes lesson plans, scrapbooks, awards, correspondence, photographs, and physical objects such as a vinyl record and political pins.

The James Perkins Correspondence consist solely of letters he wrote while stationed at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada in 1951 and 1952.

This collection is comprised of newsletters of The Wolf of Pace e Bene from 1991 to 2004. Published in Las Vegas, Nevada by Franciscan Friars, the newsletter is dedicated to the service of nonviolence.
