The Fallman Family Papers (approximately 1950-2005) consist of correspondence, newspaper clippings, photographic prints and slides, scrapbooks, and pamphlets from James and Ima Fallman and their daughter, Janice. The correspondence primarily relates to James and Ima Fallman and chronicles Ima's involvement with the Francisco Garces chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR), James's work as a bartender in Las Vegas, Nevada, and awards he received during World War II.

The Penelope Ruchman Collection of Las Vegas, Nevada Casino Professionals Oral Histories includes interviews conducted by Ruchman from approximately 1999 to 2001 of casino industry workers who worked in Las Vegas, Nevada. The majority of interviews were conducted by Ruchman in their office at Gambler's Book Shop (GBS), but some where conducted in interviewee's homes and offices, or over the phone. The collection represents Ruchman's efforts to interview and document a generation of early casino industry workers that were quickly aging.

The Elizabeth von Till and Claude N. Warren Professional Papers (1916-2021) are comprised of the personal and professional papers of anthropologist Claude N. Warren and historical preservationist Elizabth von Till Warren. The materials in this collection primarily consist of research files, maps, and drawings on various archaeological and historical preservation projects in southern Nevada of which they both were involved. This collection includes field notes and surveys from archaeological projects such as the Old Las Vegas Mormon Fort and the Las Vegas Springs Preserve.

The Walter E. Lundberg collection is comprised of menus from various United States and foreign locations from the 1960s to 2001. The collection also includes a scrapbook featuring holiday cards and matchbook covers from different business and restaurants across the United States from the 1930s and 1940s. The menus come from locations United States locations such as Las Vegas, Nevada, California, and New York, New York. The menus from foreign locations come from China and Denmark.

The Jack Schofield Papers are comprised of Dr. Jack Lund Schofield's scrapbooks, photographs, and awards from 1968 to 2014. Dr. Schofield was a Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE) regent, member of the Nevada legislature, and teacher. The scrapbooks document Schofield's involvement with the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) Aerospace program from the 1960s to the 1990s. The awards and photographs are from NSHE and document Schofield's involvement as a regent.

The Janice Allen Papers (1927-2011) are comprised of photographs, various publications, awards, a scrapbook, correspondence, memoranda, and newspaper clippings dating from 1953 to 2011 that document Janice Allen's philanthropic and political work in the state of Nevada. The materials document Allen's involvement with the Las Vegas Junior League, the Beta Sigma Phi sorority, and other volunteer work. The collection also contains correspondence received by Allen from various United States politicians. Also included are items from Allen's childhood dating to 1927 and 1928.

The collection is comprised of professional communication, memoranda, newspaper clippings, membership cards, and manuals from 1930 to 1984 that belonged to Las Vegas, Nevada police officer, Joseph T. LaVoie. The collection contains material about LaVoie's police work, his involvement with various labor organizations, and his work with childrens groups such as the Friends of Youth. The material about LaVoie's work as a police officer dates from 1946 to 1966, when the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department was known as the City of Las Vegas Police Department.

The Kenneth Yerike Papers are comprised of video tapes, instructional manuals, casino operational instructions, playing cards, dice, and brochures that date from approximately 1970 to 2000 and document Yerike's involvement with establishing the Hyatt Regency and Regency Casino on Jeju Island, South Korea. The papers include information about how the Hyatt Regency Casino was established and how staff were trained, particularly as it relates to operating table games. The instructional manuals detail how to play table games such as craps, roulette, blackjack, and baccarat.

The Karen Allison Collection on Contract Bridge (1937-1997) contains instructional guides, pamphlets, and booklets explaining the rules and strategies for contract bridge, a card game. Included are correspondence and meeting minutes with contract bridge organizations with which Allison was associated. Also included are lists of players who participated in the Monte Carlo 5th World Bridge Olympiad in Monte Carlo, Monaco in 1976.

The Stephen Nasser Papers (1992-2018) mainly contain letters written from school children to Nasser who travels to schools, churches, and organizations around Las Vegas, Nevada to share his story of surviving the Holocaust during World War II. Materials in this collection document his captivity in various prison camps and includes photographs, awards, and newspaper clippings. Also included are speeches given by Nasser and book reviews and a teacher's guide of his book My Brother's Voice written by students of Dixie College, St. George, Utah.
