The photographs also depict buildings, celebrations, children, and the towns of Searchlight, Rhyolite, Goodsprings, and Goldfield, Nevada.

The Walter V. Long Photographs consist of three black-and-white photographic prints and corresponding negatives dating from approximately 1923 to 1966. The photographs include two formal portraits of Walter V. Long and one image of him as a teacher with the Tonopah High School Band in Southern Nevada.

The photographs also include postcards from the Sahara Hotel and the Riviera Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada and from the Hoover (Boulder) Dam.

The John G. (Jack) Fogliani Photograph Collection is comprised of two black-and-white photographic reprints created between approximately 1971 and 2004 of the natural landscape of Eagle Valley, Nevada. The original photographs were taken between approximately 1900 and 1920.

The John Janney Photograph Collection on Pioche, Nevada contains photographs of mining operations and townspeople in Pioche, Nevada from 1908 to 1934. The photographs are primarily panoramic views of the town, mines, and landscape around Pioche, where Janney was president of Pioche Mines Consolidated until his death in 1967. The photographs also depict the baseball field in Pioche, a train crossing the desert in Lincoln County, and the Lee Family.

The James Hulse Photograph Collection on Pioche, Nevada contains photographs and postcards from Pioche, Nevada from 1905 to 1951. The photographs primarily depict the town, mining operations, and the Lincoln County Courthouse.
