The Ima Fallman series (1954-1992) contains correspondence and awards relating to Fallman's involvement with the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) and Avon. The DAR materials contain genealogy records, applications to the DAR, yearbooks, and newspaper clippings mentioning DAR Francisco Garces chapter activities. The Avon materials consist of awards Fallman won for the amount of Avon products that she sold.

The collection contains papers of Clara M. Crisler dated from about 1875 through 1947. The collection includes newspaper clippings, personal correspondence, and the 1931 yearbook of the Twentieth Century Club in Reno, Nevada.
Series V contains miscellaneous materials on social and cultural community issues in Las Vegas. These materials include newspaper clippings and lengthy news editorials on general Las Vegas and Nevada history, as well as two Las Vegas High School Reunion Yearbooks from 1983 that contain remembrances and biographical sketches from graduates of the classes of 1935 and 1936. There are two guides showing the state of the real estate market in the late 1980s.

The St. Joseph's Catholic School (Las Vegas, Nevada) Records date from 1964 to 2013 and contain albums, photographs, yearbooks, honor society membership rosters, a prospectus for a new school, and a Diocese of Las Vegas 10th Anniversary video. St. Joseph's Catholic School operated from 1948 to 2013 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Papers are comprised of information on the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR), Nevada State Society of DAR, Children of the American Revolution (CAR), and the Francisco Garces Chapter of the DAR, of which Grace Clement was a founding member. Papers date from 1950 to 1986 and include correspondence, bulletins, conference programs, booklets, newspaper clippings, and yearbooks. Also included are correspondence and reports from the Friends of the Museum organization, bylaws of the Nevada Society, and DAR ritual books.
The Personal and Business materials include papers from Flora Dungan's high school and university years, her business papers while practicing as a public accountant, papers pertaining to her personal finances, investments, and personal life, including her divorces, illness, and death. The high school materials include several reports bound with red ribbon that were written and illustrated by Dungan, along with her high school yearbook and several report cards. Her university degrees and honors are included in this portion of the collection.
Included in the Investment file are items pertaining to her automobile, personal property taxes, and the care of her aging father.

The UNLV Athletics Programs and Memorabilia Collection (1974-2002) is comprised of University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) athletics publications, team yearbooks, and game day programs for UNLV football and men's basketball teams. The majority of the collection documents the UNLV Runnin' Rebels basketball team during the 1980s and 1990s. Other materials include Big West Conference programs and UNLV athletics memorabilia such as a pom-pom, football foundation member stadium seat cushion, plastic megaphone, and mug.
