The University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Architecture Records (1980-2011) include marketing material, curriculum development material, student letters to the Nevada legislative counsel, journals, newspaper clippings, and architectural drawing sets for the school building's construction.

The Howard R. Hughes College of Engineering Records contain materials dating from approximately 1968 to 2017 that document the establishment of the School of Engineering and later the Howard R. Hughes College of Engineering School. Materials include records of the Nevada Development Authority Partners for Industry through Engineering and Education (PiE2) program during the 1980s that was headed by Bob Gore of Summa Corporation (formerly known as the Howard Hughes Corporation).

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas College of Education Records (1956-2012) document the creation of the College of Education at Nevada Southern University (NSU) and later the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) from approximately the mid-1950s through the 1970s. The records include faculty meeting minutes, bylaws, reports, and program information. The collection includes administrative records kept by former faculty member, Dr. John Dettre, that date from the 1970s through the 1980s detailing the establishment and growth of the College of Education at UNLV.

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas Division of Educational Outreach Records (1971-2019) contain correspondence, planning information, promotional materials, photographs, and newspaper clippings about the history of the division and commemorative events such as the 25th and 40th anniversaries.

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) Department of Athletic Records consist of UNLV sports memorabilia, programs, magazines, media guides, and newsletters from the athletics department. The collection has materials documenting both women and men's teams including basketball, swimming and diving, and golf. Other teams include track and field, cheer and dance, and softball. There are also materials that document Jerry Tarkanian's role coaching the men's basketball team.

The Tomiyasu Family Photograph Collection (approximately 1908 to 1991) consists of black-and-white photographic prints of the Tomiyasu family and their farming business in southern Nevada.

The William S. Park Photograph Collection (approximately 1870-1960) consists of black-and-white photographic prints and negatives of the families of William S. Park, John S. Park, and John William Park, as well as photographs of the Thomas children, half-siblings of John William Park's daughter Virginia. The majority of the images show locations in Las Vegas, Nevada with a smaller number taken in Kentucky, Oklahoma, Colorado, and California. Also included are three photograph albums of William S. and John William Park as children.

The Milton Norman Photograph Collection (1943-1970) consists of black-and-white photographic prints and negatives taken by City of Las Vegas Code Enforcement officer Milton Norman. The images were recorded as part of a survey of substandard residential dwellings built in the then racially segregated communities of the Westside and Vegas Heights in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Blanch Jackson Photograph Collection (approximately 1900-1941) contains black-and-white photographic prints and negatives from the Jackson family’s life in Tonopah, Nevada and their travels to mining sites in Nevada and Arizona. Blanch, her husband Clyde, her father-in-law Colonel David Howell Jackson, their two sons, and some acquaintances are pictured in the photographs.

The Franklin M. Murphy Photograph Collection, dates from approximately 1929-1933 and consists of black-and-white photographic prints with 27 corresponding negatives. The majority of the images show locations in and around the current site of Hoover Dam and Lake Mead in southern Nevada and Arizona with a focus on the geology of the area; a smaller number show individuals and locations in Las Vegas, Nevada.
