The University of Nevada, Las Vegas University Libraries Records include reports, subject files, administrative files, communication, and planning records from the James R. Dickinson Library and Lied Library from 1959 to 2025.

Collection is comprised of posters collected by the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) Special Collections and Archives from 1974 to 2010. The collection primarily includes posters about events and exhibits hosted by UNLV Special Collections and Archives. Also included are posters for other UNLV events including: theatrical events, sporting events, colloquiums, choral productions, and events where UNLV was a partner.

University of Nevada, Las Vegas Division of Student Affairs Records contains reports on student demographics and usage statistics of the Student Services program, as well as inter-departmental correspondence that date between 1958 and 1979. The collection also contains correspondence with external departments, committees, and professors. The majority of the correspondence is dated between 1970 and 1977 and is primarily from Dr. Robert E. Glennen, UNLV's Vice President for Educational Services at the time.

The records contain financial and budgetary information, correspondence, reports, University of Nevada, Las Vegas campus buildings and grounds planning, registrar and academic affairs information and memoranda created by the UNLV Office of the Vice President for Development and University Relations from 1967 to 1983. The records include information about the design and development of the Thomas and Mack Center. Budgets include administrative salaries, biennial budgets, and estimative budgets.

The records are comprised of budgetary and financial information dating from 1954 to 1988 created by the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) Office of the Vice President for Business Affairs. The records include information about UNLV budgets, physical plant information, work programs, and correspondence sent to and from Herman Westfall, Vice President of Business Affairs from 1962 to 1987.

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas Office of Decision Support Records (approximately 1960-2006) consist primarily of financial documents, correspondence, projections, budgets, and audit reports pertaining to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) Board of Regents, the UNLV Faculty Senate, and the University and Community College System of Nevada (UCCSN). The collection also includes information relating to accreditation, affirmative action, gender equality, and other initiatives at UNLV.

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas Arboretum Project Records are comprised of documents, brochures, and photographs dating from 1976 to 2012 documenting both the creation and operations of the Arboretum at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). The collection includes photographs of planning the Arboretum, the opening ceremony, and aerial photos of the UNLV campus. The brochures include guides to the Arboretum, lists of types of plants grown, and information on the Xeric Garden.

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas Vice President of Administration Records (1973-1983) contains the professional correspondence of Brock Dixon, Vice President of Administration at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) from 1976 to 1983. Materials include include letters from Dixon to the Affirmative Action Officer, UNLV campus administrators, and departments from other United States colleges and universities.

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) Office of News and Publications Records (approximately 1964-1995) primarily contain press releases, marketing materials, and supporting documents pertaining to UNLV departments, events, people, and organizations. The collection also includes print orders for fliers, posters, brochures, reports, and invitations for assorted departments and events, as well as photographic prints, slides, negatives, color transparencies, and contact sheets of people, events, and campus buildings.

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) Faculty Club Records (1969-2004) are comprised of organizational materials for the UNLV Faculty Club and Women’s Club, including constitutions, bylaws, correspondence, scholarship applications, newspaper clippings, event fliers, membership lists, holiday cards, brochures, newsletters, and photographic prints. Materials also include floppy disks and an optical disc containing digital copies of newsletters and membership information.
