It also includes a name plaque: "J. David Hoggard Executive Director"; Hoggard's U.S. government motor vehicle operator's identification card; Hoggard's business cards for his roles as Advisory Board member for Clark County Community College and sales manager representing Milico; and a fraternity certificate initiating him as a member of Kappa Alpha Psi, May 1, 1954. Volume 6 Issue 2 (May 1981) of "The Rocket!", a newspaper "serving the more than 45,000 older citizens of Las Vegas & Clark County," and a special anniversary supplement from May 1981, are present in this folder but not digitized in their entirety.

Oral history interviews with James Dean Leavitt conducted by Claytee D. White on September 27 and October 4, 2022 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. In this interview, Leavitt recalls his role in establishing a medical school at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), now known as Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine. Leavitt was elected to the Board of Regents in 2004 while Jim Rogers was interim Chancellor of the Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE), and he suggested the creation of an ad hoc committee Health Science Center Committee. In 2009, Leavitt became Chairman of the Board of Regents, Dan Klaich became Chancellor, and in the following year, Dr. Mark Doubrava joined the board. In May 2014, the planning dean was hired, Dr. Barbara Atkinson, and the UNLV School of Medicine was officially established on August 22, 2014.

Oral history interviews with Michael Green conducted by Barbara Tabach on February 26, 2018 and April 04, 2018 for the Southern Nevada Jewish Heritage Project. In the first interview, Green discusses his family background and growing up in Las Vegas, Nevada. He talks about his Jewish ancestry and the significance of religious communities in Las Vegas. In the second interview, Green discusses the growth of the Jewish community in Las Vegas, and the history of the Jewish heritage in Southern Nevada.
