Oral history interview with Gregory and Jessica Brown conducted by Claytee D. White on March 1, 2009 for the Voices of the Historic John S. Park neighborhood. Oral history interview with Reverend Marion Bennett conducted by Claytee D. White on January 12, 2004 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. In the interview, Reverend Bennett gave his account of what Las Vegas, Nevada was like during the 1950s and 1960s. He talks about the Westside of Las Vegas during integration and speaks candidly about the racial tension that the community endured. Throughout the interview he spoke about well known early Las Vegans like Ruby Duncan, Mahlon Brown, Jack Anderson, and Dave Hoggard.

Oral history interview with Alfred J. Brimacombe conducted by Stephen S. Neal on July 02, 1975 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Brimacombe shares his personal history and recalls working as a train hostler. He later discusses his involvement in newspaper printing. Brimacombe lastly discusses politics, early-above ground atomic tests, and economic changes throughout Las Vegas, Nevada.

Oral history interview with Patricia Deverell conducted by Patrick Kiser on April 26, 1986 for the UNLV University Libraries Oral History Collection. Deverell discusses the various population and climate changes that she has witnessed in Nevada, as well as major events such as the above-ground atomic testing. Deverell also mentions her occupation in the gaming industry and describes some of the changes in the industry over time.

Oral history interview with Andrew Brewer conducted by Claytee D. White on July 1, 2009 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. Brewer's interview starts with him discussing tenure as National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) President beginning in January 2008. He also gives details about the fund raisers that allowed the NAACP to benefit students with grants, support voter outreach and a prison ministry, and provide guidance for those suffering discrimination.

In this interview, Brents talks about why she moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1987, her experience in the historic John S. Park Neighborhood, some history of Las Vegas, and politics.

Oral history interview with Jackie Brantley conducted by Claytee White on October 27, 1996 for the Women's Research Institute of Nevada (WRIN) Las Vegas Women Oral History Project. Brantley begins her interview by briefly discussing her family history and parents' jobs in Las Vegas, Nevada in the late 1940s. Brantley then goes on to discuss segregation in Las Vegas. She discusses segregation on the Strip, and in pools, schools, and nightclubs.

He also discusses important and beneficial changes that the court system went through to improve the Las Vegas, Nevada community.
