The photo is labeled: "McNeil Construction Co. Magnesium Plant, Las Vegas, Nevada. 5-28-43." McNeil Construction built the Basic Magnesium Inc. plant in an unincorporated area outside of Las Vegas, which is now Henderson, Nevada.
