The Grace Hayes Papers (1900-1989) include personal papers and financial papers pertaining to the Grace Hayes Lodge (formerly the Red Rooster), a nightclub on the Strip in Las Vegas, Nevada. The collection includes financial documents, newspaper clippings about Hayes and her family, personal correspondence, career mementos, legal documents, and photograph albums.
The Multicolor Films, Inc. records (1926-1935) consists of administrative, advertising and publicity, financial, and legal records, as well as blueprints, specifications, and correspondence. Materials include black-and-white photographic prints and negatives, newspaper and magazine clippings, and financial reports detailing Howard Hughes' attempts at developing color prints for his films.

The Carmella Rickman Papers (1955-1999) document Rickman’s career as a burlesque dancer as well as her later life in Las Vegas, Nevada. She performed primarily in Washington, D.C. and along the east coast of the United States in the 1950s and 1960s. Materials include promotional photographs of Rickman and newspaper and magazine clippings about her performances, as well as photographs and promotional material for other burlesque dancers. The collection includes one beaded costume worn by Rickman. It also includes photographs of Rickman’s life in the 1990s in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The Racket sub-series (1926-1952) contains advertising and publicity, financial, legal, production and direction records, and a screenplay. Based on Barlett Cormack's play of the same name, director Lewis Milestone and producer Howard Hughes released The Racket on June 30, 1928.
Advertising and publicity records include bound volumes of newspaper clippings, advertising instructions for publicity agencies and publishers, and an honorable mention from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. Financial records include rental and earning reports for the film. Legal records include Louis Wolheim’s actor agreement and the story’s film rights. The screenplay is a synopsis of the film from Bartlett Cormack. The production and direction records are primarily black-and-white photographic prints and negatives depicting the interior and exterior sets, and Lewis Milestone directing.
