The Thomas McLaughlin Papers (1937-1985) are comprised of newspaper clippings, photographs, and correspondence about real estate, the Clark County Democratic Party, and local fraternal organizations, especially the Knights of Columbus and the Friendly Sons of Saint Patrick in Las Vegas, Nevada. Materials also include some clippings on McLaughlin's appointment as trustee of the Las Vegas Park Racetrack in 1955.

The Nancy Austin Papers (1966-1978) consist of newspaper clippings and photographs documenting the career of Las Vegas, Nevada entertainer Nancy Austin. The photographs document Austin’s entertainment career as well as other business ventures, including her own clothing line for plus-size women, called Pudgy Playmates.

UNLV Libraries Collection of Argosy Gaming Company Promotional Materials and Reports includes annual reports, financial reports, prospectus, equity reports, stockholder meeting notices, 10-K reports, 10-Q reports, and newspaper clippings for Argosy Gaming Company in Alton, Illinois, dating from 1993 to 2001.

The Bob Parker Photograph Collection consists of twenty-seven black-and-white photographic prints showcasing the construction of the Hoover Dam (Boulder Dam) from approximately 1930 to 1942.

The Morrison Family Photograph Collection (1917-1933) consists of black-and-white and color photographic prints, negatives, and slides. The images primarily depict the Morrison family in Las Vegas, Nevada and the surrounding areas. Images portray youth activities in Nevada, including a local Boy Scouts Troop, Las Vegas High School students, Clark County High School students, as well as student activities at the University of Nevada, Reno. Also included are images of scenes around Las Vegas, including Mount Charleston, Little Falls, and the Colorado River prior to the Hoover Dam (Boulder Dam). Other images include Morrison family trips to California, Utah, Oregon, and Arizona.

The Daly v Daly Collection documents materials produced for and as a result of the lawsuits between Suzanne Daly (formerly Tim Daly), a male-to-female transgender woman, and Nancy Toews Daly from 1980 to 2003. The collection primarily focuses on the motions filed with the Nevada District Courts and Nevada Supreme Court and transcripts of the divorce, the battle for parental rights, and an allegation of civil rights violations.
