The Patricia van Betten Healthcare and Nursing Papers (1985-2009) are comprised of personal correspondence, memoranda, newsletters, and reports of Patricia van Betten, who worked with the League of Women Voters and the Nevada Nurses Association from 1985 to 2011. The collection details several Nevada organizations including the Nevada Chapter of the Health Care Reform Project (HCRP), the League of Women Voters, and the Nevada Nurses Association.

The Alice P. Broudy Papers on Broudy v United States (1940-2018) comprise materials collected and created by the wife of Charles A. Broudy during her effort to obtain compensation for his death in 1977, which she believed to be a result of repeated radiation exposure. Materials include government documents obtained through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), correspondence, memos, litigation papers, scholarly reports and articles on radiation exposure and its effects, congressional testimony, speeches, newspaper clippings, books and audiovisual materials.

The MGM Mirage Corporation Records date from 1970 to 2010 and consist of the records of the Las Vegas, Nevada based global entertainment company. The collection contains organizational records, employee newsletters, files about the MGM Mirage diversity and inclusion initiative, correspondence, reports on gambling addiction, gambling statistics, press clippings, and audiovisual materials. There are also photographs, photographic slides, and photographic negatives of performers, corporate executives, and MGM Mirage properties.

The Alice Key Papers (1936-2004) consist of documents detailing Alice Key’s life and work in the African American community, historic preservation, and labor relations in Las Vegas, Nevada. Included in the collection are awards and certificates documenting Key’s achievements, invitations and programs to events, political and civic correspondence, and magazine and newspaper articles both about Key and written by her. The collection also contains photographs.

The Claudine Williams Papers (1956-2009) contain awards, contracts, personal and business correspondence, newspaper clippings, and photographs pertaining to Las Vegas, Nevada businesswoman and philanthropist, Claudine Williams. The collection also includes extensive information on her hotel and gaming properties, including the Silver Slipper Gambling Hall, Holiday Casino, and Harrah's Hotel and Casino, as well as her honorary doctoral degree, medals, and audiovisual materials of interviews, news reports, and events.

The Boardwalk Hotel and Casino Records date from 1993 to 2005 and contain administrative files, gaming projects and systems files, promotional photographs, advertisements, and audiovisual materials pertaining to the Boardwalk Hotel and Casino. The collection also contains material for the Boardwalk under its various names, including the Boardwalk Hotel and Casino, Viscount Hotel, and Holiday Inn Casino Boardwalk.

The Yucca Mountain Site Characterization Office collection (1958-2001) was assembled through a joint effort between the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and the James R. Dickinson Library, University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) to provide public access to documentation and correspondence about the proposed high-level radioactive waste geologic repository site near Yucca Mountain, Nevada.

Anson Call Papers (1860s) consists of typescript photocopies of the "Autobiography of Anson Call" and "Sketch:

Life of Anson Call 1810-1890 Pioneer in the Building of the West." Also included is a typescript transcription of Call's report, "Exploration of the Colorado, 1864" and two typescript transcriptions of Call's correspondence in 1865.

The Larry L. Hezzelwood Collection (1953-1954) contains correspondence pertaining to the creation of a titanium processing plant in Boulder City, Nevada as part of the Aero Metals Corporation of Las Vegas, Nevada. Larry L. Hezzelwood served as secretary and treasurer of the Aero Metal Coporation.
