Oral history interview with Kevin Sweet conducted by David G. Schwartz on May 23, 2016 for the Slot Operations Oral History Project. During his interview, Sweet discusses his various roles in the gaming industry, specifically the everyday tasks in monitoring slot floors and serving casino patrons. Sweet also describes how he has worked with slot machine vendors, including how decisions are made to bring new slot games into the floor.

Oral history interview with Joan and Leslie Dunn conducted by Barbara Tabach on June 20, 2016 and May 30, 2017 for the Southern Nevada Jewish Heritage Project. Leslie discusses working for the United States Public Health Service at the Nevada Test Site for twenty years and launching a development business after retirement. Joan discusses setting aside her career to begin a family and later becoming a business partner with her husband.

Oral history interview with Priscilla Schwartz conducted by Barbara Tabach on June 16, 2016 for the Southern Nevada Jewish Heritage Project. In this interview, Schwartz discusses her passion for compassionate hospice care, particularly her broad involvement with the Nathan Adelson Hospice. She explains her roles with the hospice, from volunteering, to serving on the board, to philanthropic giving and the opening of the Walter Schwartz Center for Compassionate Care.

In this interview, Finder discusses her childhood and her passion for the Holocaust survivor community. She shares her experiences interviewing survivors and their descendants over the years. In addition, she reflects on her long reach within the survivor community and highlights the traveling, teaching, and community service opportunities she has had.

In this interview, Frankl talks about Judaism, her love of teaching children and her devotion to family and music. She talks about growing up in Las Vegas, Nevada and becoming a bat mitzvah.

In this interview, Joshua Abbey discusses his acting career, starting the Las Vegas Jewish Film Festival, being the founder of CineVegas Film Festival, his non-profit work, and being a part of the Nevada Arts Council.

Oral history interview with Dorothy Lee conducted by Claytee D. White on June 02, 2016 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. In this interview, Lee discusses growing up in Las Vegas, Nevada and recalls horse riding from Paradise Township to downtown Las Vegas. After moving to the John S. Park neighborhood, she attended Las Vegas High School and worked at the Huntridge Theater as an usher. She also discusses her time working as an elevator operator at the Riviera and how she became a Rhythmette in her second year in high school.

Oral history interview with David Dahan conducted by Barbara Tabach on May 26, 2016 for the Southern Nevada Jewish Heritage Project. Dahan tells the story of his family escaping from Casablanca, Morocco and settling in Las Vegas, Nevada. Dahan also discusses establishing the Yaffa Dahan Nursing Foundation in honor of his late wife who was a Las Vegas nurse.

Oral history interview with Clark (Danny) Lee conducted by Stefani Evans and Claytee D. White on May 23, 2016 for the Building Las Vegas Oral History Project. Lee discusses the process that allows the Nevada Library Association to grow with the Las Vegas, Nevada community. Lee also talks about homeless accommodations and the power struggle between North and South Las Vegas.
