Oral history interview with Brian Cram conducted by Stefani Evans and Claytee D. White on October 28, 2016 for the Building Las Vegas Oral History Project. Cram discusses his early life as a native Nevadan from Caliente, Nevada. He recalls growing up in Las Vegas, Nevada attending Fifth Street Elementary School and Las Vegas High School. Cram also talks about his career as Clark County School District (CCSD) Superintendent from 1989 to 2000.

Oral history interview with Cynthia "Cindy" Coletti conducted by Stefani Evans and Claytee White on October 27, 2016 for the Building Las Vegas Oral History Project. Coletti talks about arriving in Las Vegas, Nevada as a single mother in 1989 and building more than 150 custom homes, mostly in the upscale communities, including Celine Dion’s Lake Las Vegas mansion. She also discusses the previous custom homes she built in Florida, and Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Oral history interview with Michael Jay Shane conducted by Barbara Tabach on October 26, 2016 and October 31, 2016 for the Southern Nevada Jewish Heritage Project. Shane discusses his career in entertainment and other various jobs, including playing the piano at Wynn's Tower Suite Bar, Bootlegger Bistro, and the Italian American Club. Shane then mentions how his Jewish upbringing has influenced his work.

Gordon discusses the first shopping center that he built in Las Vegas, Nevada in 1988. He also talks about the issues with building commercial and retail in Las Vegas. He then talks about his term on the Las Vegas City Planning Commission.

Baskow shares stories of entertainers that she has worked with in Las Vegas, Nevada to build her business, Baskow and Associates. She also mentions mentors such as Bobby Morris, Frank Sinatra, and Jilly Rizzo.

Oral history interview with Natalie Wolf conducted by Barbara Tabach on October 22, 2016 for the Southern Nevada Jewish Heritage Project. Wolf shares stories of operating the Greyhound bus station, a three-year ownership of Commercial Deli, and her long career working collections for the casino industry. She discusses working for Tropicana Hotel and Casino, and MGM Properties, including the Mirage Hotel.

Oral history interview with David Wasserman conducted by Barbara Tabach on October 21, 2016 for the Southern Nevada Jewish Heritage Project. Wasserman discusses inventing, with his father-in-law, the "Sani-Tip" a dental product that revolutionized dentistry infection control at the onset of the AIDS epidemic. He also talks about being involved within the Las Vegas, Nevada Jewish community and the Congregation Ner Tamid.

Oral history interview with Bob Arum conducted by Barbara Tabach on October 20, 2016 for the Southern Nevada Jewish Heritage Project. Arum talks about growing up Orthodox in New York City and how through his career as a promoter for boxers he developed personal relationships with people such as Muhammed Ali and George Foreman.
