Oral history interview with Michael Montandon conducted by Stefani Evans and Claytee D. White on September 22, 2016 and October 3, 2016 for the Building Las Vegas Oral History Project. Montandon talks of forming relationships with developers, legislators, and other municipalities. He speaks about land use, open space, parks, trails, conservation, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), and Southern Nevada Public Lands Management Act (SNPLMA).
Oral history interview with Elaina Blake conducted by Claytee D. White and Stefani Evans on September 19, 2016 for the Building Las Vegas Oral History Project. Blake discusses being the first woman elected to head the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce. She also discusses serving as vice chairman and chairman of the Clark County Planning Commission. Blake then talks about her involvement with the United Way, saving the YMCA from closure, and the Focus School Project in 1989. She then discusses working with major local builders such as Pageantry Homes, Heers Brothers, and Christopher Homes.
Oral history interview with Maxwell Kent “Tim” Hafen conducted by Stefani Evans and Claytee White on September 14, 2016 for the Building Las Vegas Oral History Project. Hafen shares how he began his career in politics in 1963. Hafen talks of developing his ranch into two housing subdivisions in 1990 and 2000, when farming was no longer profitable. He also discusses his job as a general contractor with 2 of his 5 children in Hafen & Hafen Realty and Pahrump Utility Company.

Butler begins with discussing his early life and joining Steve Wynn's Atlandia Design in Atlantic City, New Jersey in 1982. He then talks about moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1986. The interview focuses on the design and development of various Las Vegas casinos.

Leonard discusses becoming a judge, presiding over high profile cases, and returning to private practice later in his career. Roberta talks about lobbying, and civic organizations that she represented in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Oral history interview with Andrew and Debbie Levy conducted by Barbara Tabach on September 12, 2016 for the Southern Nevada Jewish Heritage Project. The Levy couple discusses the changes they saw in Las Vegas, Nevada, from when Andrew was a kid to the times they raised their own daughters, Sarah and Jenna. They also describe booms in the real estate market and growth in the artistic and cultural aspects of Las Vegas. Debbie provides a perspective of the growth of the local Jewish community.

John discusses moving to Las Vegas, Nevada with Summa Corporation in 1980 to manage the portfolio of Nevada properties owned by the Howard Hughes estate. He also describes developing the master-planned community of Summerlin, and his responsibility being president of Howard Hughes Corporation from 1988 to 1998. Judy discusses volunteering with and being president of Assistance League of Las Vegas.
