The Army Mapping Service Aerial Photographs of Southern and Western Nevada (1952-1956) consist of approximately 2,080 black-and-white high-altitude aerial survey photographs of Southern and Western Nevada. Two projects are represented; 109-G, covering sections of Southern Nevada and 160-BH, covering a section of Western Nevada.

The Evelyn Stuckey Photograph Collection (approximately 1940-1972) contains black-and-white and color photographic prints, negatives and slides. The images depict Evelyn Stuckey at various functions for Las Vegas High School in Las Vegas, Nevada and the Rhythmettes, as well as the Rhythmettes practicing and performing routines.

The United States Department of Energy Photograph Collection on the Nevada Test Site contains photographs prints and negatives of nuclear testing, detonations, buildings, and wildlife on the Nevada Test Site (NTS) from 1945 to 1982. The photographs primarily depict nuclear explosions at the NTS and other test sites. The photographs also include preparations for nuclear tests, facilities at the NTS, and wildlife that live on the NTS.

The Dunes Hotel Photographs (1950-1993) consist of administrative, publicity and entertainment images documenting the history of the Dunes Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. In addition to materials focusing on day-to-day activities at the hotel (correspondence, contracts, personnel, budgets, etc.) the collection provides insight into the hotel’s entertainment and public relations activities.

The North Las Vegas Library Photograph Collection on North Las Vegas, Nevada (approximately 1905-1989) depicts life in Southern Nevada. The collection consists of over one thousand images dated from 1905 to 1989. The images consist of activities at Nellis Air Force Base, Southern Nevada politicians, celebrities, schools, churches, and city development.

The Mary Kinnear Photograph Collection (1964) is comprised of twenty photographic color slides depicting buildings on fire in Las Vegas, Nevada. Materials include photographs of houses, casinos, and other properties burning while fire fighters attempt to put the fires out and onlookers watch.

The Six Companies, Inc. Hoover Dam Photograph Collection (1931-1935), consists of approximately 400 black-and-white photographic prints contained in two photograph albums and an additional twenty-one loose black-and-white photographic prints with ten corresponding photographic negatives.

The Elton and Madelaine Garrett Photograph and Architectural Drawing Collection contains photographic prints and architectural drawings of Boulder (Hoover) Dam; Las Vegas, Nevada; Boulder City, Nevada; and other locations in the American Southwest from approximately 1927 to 1990. The photographs primarily depict Hoover Dam's construction and areas around Hoover Dam, Las Vegas, and Boulder City during the 1930s and 1940s. The bulk of the architectural drawings and maps are projects and diagrams related to the planning and development of Boulder City, Nevada between 1943 and 1985.

The Denny Lynch Photograph Collection (approximately 1900-1990) contains photographic prints and negatives of the Lynch family and their homes in Pahrump Valley and near Blue Diamond, Nevada. The photographs also depict locations and people throughout Nevada, primarily in Pahrump and Amargosa with a focus between approximately 1970 and 1990. Other photographs include local, state, and federal politicians in Nevada and Washington, D.C. Most of these photographs were collected by Denny Lynch for his newspaper, the Pahrump Tribune.
