The Greenpeace Pacific Southwest Records are comprised of files and documents pertaining to environmental activism in Southern Nevada from 1962 to 1994, primarily addressing the organization of protests at the Nevada Test Site. The collection contains newspaper articles, newsletters, publications, financial records, protest information, correspondence, meeting minutes, articles of incorporation, Freedom of Information Act requests, and Nevada Test Site information. Also contained in the collection are maps and documents related to various environmental issues such as nuclear waste, land use, wildlife protection, and international environmental activism.
The architectural drawings series (1946-2008) contains work performed by Frank Reynolds, his firm Frank Reynolds Architects, and drawings collected by Reynolds throughout the course of his career. Architectural drawing types include conceptual drawings, studies, reports, construction drawings, oversized drawings on matte boards, and presentation drawings. When available, location refers to a project's proposed site, current site, or previously existing site of study or construction.

The Cultural Focus Tours Research Notes (1989-1990) contain background information about historical locations and topics in Las Vegas's history used by Cultural Focus Tours, a division of the Allied Arts Council of Nevada. Cultural Focus Tours, developed by historic preservationist Elizabeth von til Warren, provided tours of historic landmarks around Las Vegas, Nevada including the Hoover Dam, Nevada Test Site, Valley of Fire, Old Spanish Trail, and the Old Las Vegas Mormon Fort. Materials also include the 40th anniversary issue of the Las Vegas Sun newspaper. The materials were presumably collected by Susan Anderl Jarvis who was a tour guide for Cultural Focus Tours.
