Hark ess, and Tony Shapkoff and wife, Julia Shapkofr* advises that the lease they now have at their present location, 1021 South Fremont Street, Las Vegas, expiree June 1, 195^* Mr. H&rkeae states that since acquiring the property January 1, 1950, they have expanded the business from tX25#0G0 to #250,000 a year, their present site Is inadequate and as they anticipate further expansion they propose to acquire a site and erect a modern bakery with warehouse for storage of flour, sugar and lard, on trackage. Mr. Harkesa Is Interested in site Immediately westerly of the Equipment lard leased to the city of Las Vegas, with 300 foot frontage along Bonanza Road which will permit the construction of spur track with a one car spot on the property, and would like to secure option on the parcel subject to the following conditionss 1. Two year option with right of exercising option when contract awarded for erection of improvements « 2.
