The Harlan Brown Papers (1943-1956) contain a mimeographed copy of the index to the Las Vegas City Charter (1943), a Chicago Tribune newspaper (1952 August 12) focusing on engineers and their achievements, and official drawings of lots and additions in the Greater Las Vegas housing development. The drawings were approved with Harlan Brown's signature of approval as a registered professional engineer in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Materials include photographs, programs, newspaper and magazine clippings, and collages of Valerie Chapman Eliot's time as a Bluebell girl in the Lido de Paris in France, Argentina, and Las Vegas, Nevada from 1954 to 1970s. Also included are photographs of her time as dancer in the show "Hello America" at the Desert Inn Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada in the mid-1960s.

Materials include NCPG annual reports, socioeconomic reports, bylaws, financial statements, board meeting minutes, agendas, financial statements and records, informational packets, newsletters, memos, correspondence, lists of board members, notes, conference materials, journal articles, promotional materials, and newspaper articles.

Materials include news reports, racetrack annual reports, correspondence, and research notes about racetracks from 1950 to 2009 collected by Eugene Martin Christiansen. The materials are comprised of newspaper articles about new racetracks, refurbished racetracks, companies buying or selling racetracks, the economic futures of horse and dog racing, and racing events. The materials also include reports on market research, economic impacts, and feasibility of buying or constructing racetracks in certain localities.

The McNamee Family Papers (approximately 1898-2000) are comprised of family papers of early Nevada settlers, Frank (Francis) Raphael McNamee and Effie Alice Webster McNamee. It contains original family photographs and some documents such as newspaper clippings, award certificates, handwritten deeds, and correspondence about Effie and Frank McNamee Sr., and their eight children, including Frank Jr. and Leo McNamee. There are large folders of photocopied genealogy printouts from Ancestry.com regarding Frank and Effie McNamee.

Jerome "Jerry" D. Countess holds a photograph of his late wife Rachel at his Sun City Summerlin neighborhood home. The couple were married in 1945. Countess established The Jewish Reporter newspaper in Southern Nevada.
