The Samuel Liddle General Store Records (1885-1887) are comprised of order forms, inventories, and customer ledgers for Liddle's General Store in Leadville, Nevada. The store was created to provide services to residents and prospectors during a mining boom in White Pine County that lasted from 1887 to approximately 1890. The materials also consist of Liddle's General Store accounts, business correspondence, and transactions, such as wholesale purchases of general merchandise and mining supplies from vendors in Eureka, Nevada, San Francisco, California, and smaller nearby locations. An undated hand-drawn map of the townsite is also included.

The Sue Fawn Chung Collection on Asians in Nevada (1963-2015) consists of materials collected by Dr. Sue Fawn Chung in the course of her research on the history of Asians in Nevada. The collection contains interviews, correspondence, and biographical materials primarily focusing on Chinese and Japanese residents in Nevada, but also includes other communities such as Filipinos and Koreans. Some materials are photocopies of original documents and photographs dating between 1913 and 1960.

The Walking Box Ranch Collection (1917-2011) includes material collected by the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) Public Lands Institute on the Searchlight, Nevada ranch. Materials include a maps related to the construction and operation of the ranch, a pair of chaps owned by Rex Bell, Jr., and color slides of the ranch. Also included are photographic prints of Rex Bell and Rex Bell, Jr., and newsclippings related to the film and political career of Rex Bell. A small number of newsclippings pertain to the career of Rex Bell, Jr.
Archival Collection
The Tonopah Mining Company Records derive from the office of the company’s general manager in Tonopah, Nevada and consist of documents directly generated by its mining and milling operations from 1901 through 1941. The collection includes daily work reports, assay reports and certificates, employee time cards, invoices and receipts for mining equipment and supplies, monthly stores reports, and the company’s numerous insurance policies. Several of the company’s annual reports, including an original typescript copy of the 1907 annual report, are included in the collection. Additionally, select records from the company's subsidiary, Desert Power and Mill Company, as well as the Tonopah and Goldfield Railroad, which include overcharge claims, freight and repair bills, and delivery receipts are included in the collection.
