The UNLV Libraries Collection of UNLV Libraries Collection of Caesars World, Inc. Promotional Materials and Reports includes annual reports, financial reports, press kits, press releases, promotional and publicity materials, a proposal for Caesars New Orleans, and newspaper and magazine clippings for Caesars World, Inc. in Las Vegas, Nevada and Atlantic City, New Jersey, dating from 1965-2006.

The Southern Nevada Coalition of Concerned Women, Inc. Records (1996-2018) contains photographs, charity event programs, operational records, correspondence, and newspaper clippings. The majority of the collection consists of photographs and other materials documenting SNCCW's annual fundraising luncheons. Also included are the SNCCW's Articles of Incorporation, a brochure, awards, and certificates.

The UNLV Libraries Collection of Aztar Corporation Financial Reports and Press Materials includes annual reports, financial reports, equity research reports, prospectus, press releases, market analysis, a company plan, and newspaper clippings for Aztar Corporation which was based in Phoenix, Arizona, dating from 1991 to 2006.

UNLV Libraries Collection of UNLV Campus Architectural Drawings and Photographs (1959-2006) is comprised of drawings and photographs of the UNLV main campus on Maryland Parkway and its constituent buildings. The collection also includes one CAD drawing of UNLV's campus, and architectural plans for the proposed College of Architecture building. The collection also includes proposed renderings of campus buildings including Frank and Estella Beam Hall, Artemus W. Ham Hall, and the Richard Tam Alumni Center.

The Larven Mason Photograph Collection (approximately 1930 to 1939) consists of photographic negatives with corresponding black-and-white photographic prints, as well as additional black-and-white photographic prints. The images depict the mining equipment, personnel, operations, and housing for the Blue Diamond Corporation mine in Blue Diamond, Nevada.

The Barrick Lecture Series Records consist of audio recordings of lectures given by distinguished guests from approximately 1980 to 2011 as part of the Barrick Lecture Series at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Some of the guests included former U.S. Presidents Gerald Ford and Jimmy Carter, as well as politicians such as Henry Kissinger and Bill Bradley. Other notable guests included astronomer Carl Sagan, journalist Cokie Roberts, political satirist Mark Russell, and former Pakistan Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto. The records also contain photographs, posters, and pamphlets advertising the lecture events.

William M. Stewart Correspondence is primarily comprised of handwritten letters addressed to U.S. Senator William Morris Stewart, between 1854 and 1872. Many of the letters were written during his first term in office. Also included is one document about the reappointment of a postmaster of Sutro, Nevada, and a manuscript telegram from Frances P. Hayes about the territorial organization and judicate district in Indian Territory.
