The Ida Brewington Pittman Papers date from 1906 to 1977 and contain personal and professional correspondence, ephemera, photographs, and newspaper clippings relating to the life of her husband, former Nevada Governor Vail Pittman. The newspaper clippings also include information about oil wells and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) in Nevada.

The Helen M. Shepp Papers (1953-1962) contain financial records, meeting minutes, correspondence, and a policy statement relating to her involvement in the American Association for the United Nations (AAUN). Shepp was a founding member of the Nevada Chapter. Also included are copies of the "Navy Mothers' News" from 1953, to which Shepp belonged.

The Governor’s Conference on Nevada’s Library and Information Needs Collection (1978-1979) consists of the Nevada Libraries Your Winning Card scrapbook containing photographs, correspondence, and newspaper articles documenting the conference. Included are advertisements and fliers promoting “Speak Outs” along with resolutions and final reports on the success of the conference. Also included are Speak Out day tracks, slides of the events, and a booklet dedicated to Nevada’s delegates.

The International Association of Gaming Attorneys (IAGA) collection is comprised of materials collected from various corporations and casinos in Nevada and New Jersey, ranging from 1977 to 1986. There are a wide array of documents including: gaming license applications from corporations in Nevada and New Jersey, copies of casino control acts from New Jersey, gaming publications, gaming-conference proceedings, gaming commission reports, newsletters and correspondence of the National Association of Gaming Attorneys (NAGA).

The Betty Henderson Professional Papers (1963-1985) are comprised of materials produced by Betty Henderson in her capacity as a private music teacher in Las Vegas, Nevada and as a member of the Nevada Music Teachers Association (NMTA). The collection includes scrapbooks of concert programs and NMTA events, materials from Henderson's experiences in Europe as a People-to-People ambassador with the Music Teachers National Association, and recordings on reel-to-reel tapes of concerts Henderson performed in or judged.

The collection is comprised of the personal, professional and business papers of Dr. Juanita Greer White from 1927 to 1980. Included are correspondence, booklets, dissertations, minutes, newsletters, newspaper clippings, and various other materials linked to women's organizations and Nevada organizations relating to education, health, and aging. Other material includes documents from her work in the Nevada State Legislature, books, catalogs, chemistry papers, plaques, and campaign materials.

The Clarabelle Decker Papers (1926-1980) reflect the varied career of Clarabelle Decker as a teacher, librarian, and writer who worked in Nevada, Northern Arizona, and Southern California. Materials include Decker's writings and other published works, including books, booklets, poetry, as well as teaching aids, a grammar guide, posters, and fliers. Teaching materials primarily date from 1926 to 1952, while her library and writing materials date from 1954 to 1980.
