Biographical / Historical Note

The following information on history of the International Association of Gaming Attorneys is directly quoted from www.businesswire.com.

"The International Association of Gaming Attorneys (IAGA) is a nonprofit professional corporation dedicated to the study and development of gaming law. Formed in 1980, it has grown to more than 500 members worldwide. The high point of IAGA’s year is the annual joint conference with its sister organization the International Association of Gaming Regulators (IAGR). At the annual conference, casino executives, regulators and lawyers from the industry and private practice all over the world meet for four days in a relaxed setting to discuss national and international developments in gaming law and to refresh their contacts in the international network of gaming attorneys. To learn about the organization, visit www.theiaga.org."

In 2006, the Board of Trustees of the International Association of Gaming Attorneys (IAGA) voted to extend membership to professionals in the business of advising gaming companies on finance and capital raising.

As a result, IAGA changed its name to the International Association of Gaming "Advisors."
