The Charles Duncan (C.D.) Baker Papers (1951-1972) consist of clippings, correspondence, and political brochures related to the life and career of Las Vegas, Nevada Mayor Charles Duncan (C.D.) Baker. The collection also contains several scrapbooks of clippings and a mayoral plaque of appreciation from the City of Las Vegas.
The Dr. William S. Park Papers (1926-1937) contain check receipts, books containing records of cash, expenses and summaries from his practice as a Las Vegas, Nevada dentist. There are personal receipts, memberships and donations, and utility bills. Also included are tax and assessment papers, travel expenses, and records for the Park Building.
Henry Hudson Lee Papers (1903-1965) are comprised of manuscript copies of Henry Hudson Lee's memoirs titled "My Memoirs" and his biography of his father titled "A Brief Sketch of the Life and Family of Milton LaFayette Lee."

The Archie and Zora Grant Papers document the lives of Archie and Zora Grant from 1918 to 1973. Materials include scrapbooks, clippings, correspondence, records, certificates, and awards pertaining to Archie’s career in the Nevada Legislature, the State Board of Education, Las Vegas Housing Authority, and Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce.
The Nevada Division of State Parks Records consist of materials produced or collected between 1863 and 1978 by the Nevada Division of State Parks. The collection includes materials recovered at Spring Mountain Ranch belonging to the Kiel, George, and Wilson families. The majority of the collection consists of administrative records and correspondence from the Nevada Division of State Parks. It also contains a photograph album of images taken during excavation efforts at the Pueblo Grande de Nevada archaeological site.
The H. E. and Ruth Hazard Political Papers (1937-1977) consist of papers and memorabilia related to Nevada and national Democratic politics. It includes materials about the Nevada legislature; clippings and information about the Nevada Tax Commission; political memorabilia including invitations and programs related to the presidential inaugurations of Lyndon Johnson and Jimmy Carter; documents about the purchase of Basic Magnesium Inc. by the state of Nevada; and newspaper clippings.
The Harry Hayden Whiteley Architectural Records are comprised of architectural records (1931-1970) created and/or maintained by the American architect Harry Hayden Whiteley and/or his architectural firm, known as Harry Hayden Whiteley and Associates. This collection includes 30.21 linear feet of materials including 45 items from over 30 projects. The collection focuses on his work in the Las Vegas and Reno, Nevada areas. The materials feature both architectural drawings and project files.
The Ellen B. Jensen papers comprise the research notes, drafts with edits, carbons, and articles written by the Las Vegas, Nevada journalist Ellen Jensen who was the editor of and writer for the monthly Las Vegas Review Journal Jr. and writer for the Las Vegas Sun ("Sunday Scene") and Las Vegas Review Journal ("The Nevadan") from 1966 to 1969. Jensen wrote about many topics of interest to Las Vegans, including travel and recreation in southern Nevada, hotel and casino administration and construction, and local nightlife and entertainment.
