The Toiyabe National Forest Land and Resource Management Plan (1982-1986) contains the proposed and final draft of the forest management plan and the environmental impact statement for Toiyabe National Forest, published by the United Stated Department of Agriculture. The Forest is part of the Humbolt-Toiyabe National Forest, encompassing over six million acres in Nevada and Eastern California. The records also contain maps of individual ranger districts in the forest.

The Mojave, Kern River, and El Dorado Natural Gas Pipeline Project Reports (1987-1988) include both the draft and final report published by the California State Lands Commission on the environmental impact of an interstate natural gas route. Potential routes in Southern Nevada are proposed in the project.

The Clark County, Nevada Financial Reports (1974-1982) include yearly financial reports prepared by the Office of the Comptroller.

(EG&G) Annual Reports (1966-1990) include annual reports, notices for annual meetings, and proxy statements published by EG & G, a United States national defense contractor and provider of weapons development and research. The years of 1977, 1978, and 1982-1989 are not represented. The material contains information on EG& G's facilities in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Nevada State Treasurer Annual Reports contain annual reports from the Office of the State Treasurer from 1867 to 1985. The collection of reports is not comprehensive; there are many gaps in the date ranges.

The GTE Everything Pages for Las Vegas, Nevada includes two identical phone directories published by the GTE Directories Corporation for 1990 to 1991.

The Foote Mineral Company Annual Reports contain annual reports and statements of earnings published by the Foote Mineral Company from 1966 to 1978. Material contains information on Foote's lithium carbonate plant in Silver Peak, Nevada.

The Clark County, Nevada School District Annual Reports include reports created by the Clark County School District from 1970 to 1980. Reports for the school years of 1972 to 1973, 1973 to 1974, and 1976 to 1977 are not included.

The Taylor Construction Company Collection (1954-1973) consists primarily of publicly distributed information and provides a glimpse of some of the hotels, housing, public buildings, and remodeling projects handled by the company. It contains two booklets on the construction projects of the company from 1954 to 1972. It also includes Las Vegas International Hotel's projected revenues from 1969 to 1973, a newspaper article on Taylor Construction Company projects in Florida, and an invitation to the groundbreaking ceremony for the MGM Grand Hotel.

The Station Casinos Publicity Collection (1995-2013) contains magazine articles, newsclippings, and photographs about various Station Casinos properties in Las Vegas, Nevada. A transition report published by Station Casinos in 1998 is also included.
