Oral history interviews with William J. Moore Jr. conducted by Elizabeth Nelson Patrick on May 05, 1981 and August 29, 1981 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In these interviews, Moore discusses arriving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1941 to design and build the Last Frontier Hotel. Moore describes his work as an architect and recalls the other hotels he helped design. He then discusses purchasing mines in order to obtain their electrical components.

Oral history interview with Frances Moore conducted by Len Trout on March 01, 1979 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Moore begins by discussing her family's history in Nevada and the people she met in Las Vegas, Nevada. She talks about visits by prominent politicians to Las Vegas, the crash of Carole Lombard's plane, and life in Las Vegas during the 1930s and 1940s. Moore also describes how Las Vegas has changed, nuclear weapons tests, and the Stewart Ranch.

Monahan, a county engineer, discusses the history of flood control management in Las Vegas, Nevada and throughout Clark County. Monahan explains the seriousness of flooding in the city, how flooding is managed, and the solutions for flood prevention. Monahan also discusses the evolution of the Clark County Department of Public Works.

Oral history interview with Mario C. Monaco conducted by Kim Rhodes on March 12, 1981 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, Monaco discusses moving from Montana to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1958. Monaco discusses his career in the U.S. Navy as well as his career in education. He also discusses changes in the education system, including the required competency test and changes in attendance policy.

Oral history interview with Flo Mlynarczyk conducted by Claytee White on July 07, 2005 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. Mlynarczyk discusses living in Tonopah, Nevada in the 1940s, working in propane sales in Las Vegas, Nevada in the early 1960s, and working for the Las Vegas Convention Center. She also talks about her involvement with the University of Nevada, Las Vegas University Library Society, Mesquite Club, and water coloring as a hobby.
