Oral history interview with Helen Mott Cecil conducted by Claytee D. White on April 24, 2007 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. Helen Mott Cecil discusses growing up in Las Vegas, Nevada on the Westside, including seeing the Helldorado parades and Hoover (Boulder Dam). She also discusses working for Farmers Home Association and in the medical care and entertainment industry during the 1930s. She then discusses her divorce and other topics like the atomic bomb testing, the bus system, and downtown Las Vegas.

Oral history interview with Walter Casey conducted by Claytee D. White on November 15, 2004 and January 13, 2005 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. Walter Casey discusses the history of Las Vegas, Nevada from 1951 with a business-related perspective. Topics that he discusses include: Paradise Valley before development; K-12 education before the creation of the Clark County School District; Chamber of Commerce; Las Vegas News Bureau; Live Wire Fund; the rise of corporate gaming; National Association of Manufacturers and lobbying.

Oral history interview with Margaret Casey conducted by Claytee D. White on January 13, 2005 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. Margaret Casey discusses the female workers during World War II (WWII). She discusses Las Vegas, Nevada history during the mid-century. She also discusses the Mesquite Club, the ways of family life including the grocery stores, restaurants and the various leisure activities like gardening and golf. Casey then discussses topics such as the atomic testing, Howard Hughes and the transformation of Las Vegas' transportation and downtown.

Oral history interview with professional dancer Diana Saunders conducted by Barabra Tabach on April 17, 2017 for the Southern Nevada Jewish Heritage Oral History Project. Diana shares stories of long career as a dancer, from substituting in the black dancer line to continued study of dancing with Anglo Moio. She also talks about the AIDS fundraising event, Golden Rainbow, having dinner at Rabbi Shea Harlig’s home, observations of local theater, being a part of the former Star Trek Experience at the Las Vegas Hilton, Hallelujah Hollywood, and a dancer for Siegfried and Roy.

Oral history interview with Thalia Dondero conducted by Claytee D. White on 2014 March 6 and April 2 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. In her interview Dondero discusses community organizing in early Las Vegas, Nevada during the 1960s. Dondero also talks about her time in the state legislature.

Mary Laub oral history interview conducted by Wendy Starkweather on December 2, 2013 for West Charleston Neighborhoods-- An Oral History Project of Ward 1. Mary Laub discussed her move to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1954, her home in Rancho Circle, and career, including her work as founder of the Las Vegas Assistance League.

The Vicki Cassman Faculty Papers and UNLV Memorabilia (approximately 1980-2004) are comprised of commemorative University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) memorabilia and papers pertaining to UNLV's 25th and 40th anniversaries as well as a 30th anniversary video tape for the Moyer Student Union. The collection also contains papers from the Department of Anthropology and Ethnic Studies history project (ANT 410/610) commemorating UNLV faculty member Claude Warren.

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas Speeches collection (1957-1992) contains copies of speech transcripts given by various faculty members from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. The collection includes speeches given at the University Forum Lecture Series as well as other events and conferences held in Las Vegas, Nevada. The collection also contains speeches and programs given at dedication ceremonies, ranging from the cornerstone ceremony of Frazier Hall to the Moyer Student Union.

The Paul E. Meacham Faculty Papers (approximately 1977-1998) are comprised of articles and reports relating to the development of community colleges as well as organization and administration in higher education throughout the United States. The collection also includes course readers for EDA 731 Organization and Administration in Higher Education taught at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

The David L. Weide Research Papers (approximately 1954-2000) are comprised of materials that represent Weide's research on geographical issues in the western United States. Collection materials include reports, U.S. Geologic Survey maps, and field notes as well as scholarly articles published by Weide. The collection also includes Weide's notes from classes and research from when he was a graduate student at the University of California, Los Angeles.
