If after the prime coat-has been applied to the satisfaction of the Engineer andhas been accepted by him, it is disturbed by negligence on the partof the contractor, It shall be restored at his expense to its condition at the time of acceptance# No material shall be placed until the prime coat is in a condition satisfactory to the Engineer (I) The amount of completed and accepted work shall be included in,the contract unit price per square yard fob asphaltic concrete pavement, which shall include full Compensation forrfurbishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, compaction, shaping and water necess­ary to complete the job.
