    2. 21 F - Addition, Seal Coat Materials. Size Requirements of Aggregate. The aggregate shall conform to the grading shown in the following table: Physical Requirements of Aggregate. The mineral aggregate shall consist of crushed stone free from dirt, organic matter, elayballs or other objectionable material, and shall be sound and durable. The percentage of wear as tested by use of Los Angeles Rattler ASTMC 131-51 shall not exceed 1*5$ at 500 revolutions. The aggregate shall be sufficiently free of moisture to enable it to be readily coated with bituminous material. Sixty percent of the aggregate shall have three or more broken faces. The bituminous material shall be emulsified asphalt penetration grade RS-1 or RS-2? as directed by the Engineer and conforming to Section 36 of this specification.
