The Kiel Ranch Preservation Committee Records (1973-2005) document the activities of the North Las Vegas Bicentennial Committee (1973-1976) and its successor, the Advisory Board for Kiel Ranch (1978-1995), in their efforts to restore Kiel Ranch, one of the earliest non-indigenous settlement sites in the Las Vegas, Nevada area. The collection contains various official reports on Kiel Ranch, proposals on how to restore Kiel Ranch, chronological files for each year of the project, and newspaper clippings on the status of Kiel Ranch.

The Helen J. Stewart Papers (1869-1978) document the life of Las Vegas, Nevada pioneer, Helen J. Stewart. It includes correspondence between Stewart and her children as well as various family legal papers and certificates. The collection also contains Helen J. Stewart's 70th birthday scrapbook, a ledger, and a day book from 1904-1919, as well as several photograph albums and information related to the family burial plot.

The Florence Lee Jones Cahlan Photographs depict locations and events in Las Vegas, Nevada from 1909 to 1980. The photographs primarily depict historical locations, including the Las Vegas Mormon Fort, the Kiel Ranch, and plaques commemorating Las Vegas’s 75th anniversary. The photographs also depict celebrations, including the Diamond Jubilee festivities held to celebrate Las Vegas’s 75th anniversary, plaque dedications, building dedications, and the 50th anniversary of the arrival of the first mail planes in Las Vegas. The photographs include the Kennecott Copper Corporation’s facilities in McGill, Nevada, Western Airlines planes and pilots, and Union Pacific Railroad locomotives.

The Tomiyasu Family Photograph Collection (approximately 1908 to 1991) consists of black-and-white photographic prints of the Tomiyasu family and their farming business in southern Nevada.

The Junior League of Las Vegas Records (1946-2011) contain annual reports, fundraising information, training manuals, articles, minutes, photographs, scrapbooks, cookbooks, placards, and "Adopt a Bear" campaign materials. Also included is documentation for advocacy projects the League was involved with, such as Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.), Safe Haven, the Ronald McDonald House, and Literature Awareness Program for Children. The League is supported by fundraising efforts including the Repeat Boutique, Holiday Coffees, annual benefits, luncheons, and sales of their cookbooks. The scrapbooks contain newspaper articles saved by members to document their activities year by year.

The Robert B. Griffith Photograph Collection (approximately 1950-1970) contains black-and-white and color photographic prints, negatives, and slides of Las Vegas, Nevada including Fremont Street, Helldorado parades, and hotel and casino properties along the Strip including the Sahara Hotel and Casino, the Flamingo Las Vegas, the El Rancho, the Thunderbird Hotel and Casino, and the Hotel Last Frontier. Also included are photographs of Lake Mead Recreation Area and tunnel drilling within and near the Las Vegas Valley, Nevada. Other Nevada locations outside of Las Vegas include Reno, Virginia City, and Crystal Bay, Nevada.
