The Aplin Family Scrapbooks (1927-1971) consists of four handmade scrapbooks compiled by Hilda Aplin. The scrapbooks contain photographs, correspondence, newspaper clippings, and handwritten captions. The majority of the collection focuses on Hilda and Charles Aplin’s involvement in the Fraternal Order of Eagles and Las Vegas Eagles Auxiliary #1213. Also included is a photograph album that details the family’s activities from 1927 to 1959, including notable locations around Las Vegas, Nevada such as Lake Mead, Hoover Dam, Mt. Charleston, and annual Helldorado parades.

The collection consists of letters, greeting cards, survey maps, newspaper clippings, legal papers, photographs, collected recipes, land sales and expense journals, and survey reference books. The material was created or collected by pioneering Nevada surveyor, engineer, and real estate entrepreneur J. T. (John Thomas) McWilliams and his wife, Iona, between 1900 and 1968.

A. J. Shaver Papers (1925-1964) include hearings, reports, Senate bills, bulletins, and surveys regarding the Boulder Canyon Project/Colorado River Development. There are also papers about Marienne Shaver's involvement in the Las Vegas High School Parent Teacher's Association (PTA) and the Girl Scouts of America (GSA), including minutes, correspondence, notes, and brochures.

The Erma Cunningham Collection on the Eldorado School District, Nelson, Nevada is comprised of materials related to the elementary school that was located in Nelson, Clark County, Nevada from 1941 through 1952. It includes attendance records, student grades, and assorted materials related to education.

The Reverend Donald M. Clark Papers (1953-1976) contain correspondence, meeting minutes, organizational plans, newspaper clippings, and personal memorabilia related Clark's work with the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and the Economic Opportunity Board (EOB) in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Marc Wilkinson Papers contain materials related to the business and personal life of Marc Wilkinson, his wife Theresa, and their printing business, Marc Wilkinson Printer located in Las Vegas, Nevada, from 1953 to 1980. The collection includes business correspondence, business advertisements, and materials relating to membership in Las Vegas social organizations.

The Leonard Blood Papers (1888-1962) consist photographs and personal documents from his work in the United States Navy, Las Vegas Labor Commission, and on the Boulder (Hoover) Dam in Nevada. The bulk of the papers date between 1930 to 1950. Included are correspondence, telegrams, newspaper clippings, a scrapbook, family photographs, and various ephemera.
