The Gellman Family Photograph Collection on the Flamingo Hotel (approximately 1946-1950, 2009) contains photographs of the Gellman family at the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada during the mid-to-late 1940s. The Gellman family owned a pharmacy that was located in the Flamingo Hotel. Other materials in this collection include two postcards of the Flamingo Hotel and one Fred Harvey Hotel Locations (California to Kansas) postcard. The Robert E. Robinson Legislative Papers are comprised of materials relating to Robert Robinson’s career in the Nevada State Legislature as an assemblyman and senator from 1970 to 1986. The papers include correspondence, assembly bill research, bill proposals, roll calls, and materials from assembly committee meetings. The collection also contains Robinson’s campaign materials, including financial disclosures, press releases, advertisements, and correspondence with voters.

The Active Republican Women's Club Records (1977-2010) consist of scrapbooks and a video documenting the history and activities of the Active Republican Women's Club (ARW) of Las Vegas, Nevada. The scrapbooks contain numerous newspaper clippings, photographs, and some personal correspondence. Many of the clippings have also been annotated with notes by various ARW members.
Archival Collection
The Sherwin "Scoop" Garside Papers comprise photographs and documents of Las Vegas Review-Journal writer and photographer Scoop Garside. The collection dates from 1930 to 1983 and includes publicity photos of the Old Spanish Trail, correspondence from the Nevada State Centennial Commission, history of mines (Tonopah, Goldfield, Bullfrog), copies of articles written by Garside, family photos and general photographs of people and places, negatives of Las Vegas, Nevada; Searchlight, Nevada; St. George, Utah; and several unlabeled negatives. The 2017 addition contains newspaper clippings, a scrapbook, Nevada Historical Quarterly, and information on Nevada historic preservation. There is also genealogical information on the Garside family.

The Alice Key Papers (1936-2004) consist of documents detailing Alice Key’s life and work in the African American community, historic preservation, and labor relations in Las Vegas, Nevada. Included in the collection are awards and certificates documenting Key’s achievements, invitations and programs to events, political and civic correspondence, and magazine and newspaper articles both about Key and written by her. The collection also contains photographs.

The photographs series of the JMA Architecture Studio Records are comprised of photographic materials (1953-2002) documenting the work of the American architect Jack Miller and/or his architectural firm, known as both Jack Miller & Associates, Architects, & Engineers, Inc and JMA Architects, Inc. This series includes 12 boxes of photographic materials documenting work on over 250 projects and focuses on the firm's work in Las Vegas and Reno, Nevada. The materials in this series may include: photographic prints, slides, film negatives, film transparencies, newspaper and magazine clippings, and computer print outs.

The Margaret Kelly Collection on the Bluebell Girls (1935-1997) includes personal scrapbooks created by Margaret Kelly, programs from international shows featuring the Bluebell Girls dance troupe, and photographs of the Bluebell Girls. The scrapbooks include newspaper clippings covering Kelly's work at the Folies-Bergère and Lido de Paris, Paris, France, and her long career as creator and manager of the world famous Bluebell Girls. Also included are materials from 1958 about the Bluebell Girls shows in Las Vegas, Nevada.
