Colorado River; Black Canyon before Dam construction. This is the signal man for one of the hi-lines. He could see the whole scene. He signaled operator what to do. Note on back: "Man is standing on the observation point constructed by Six Companies. Location of Ma Kennedy's wedding was on the observation point. - W. A. Davis."
