The Tom Hribar Collection of Nevada Southern University Memorabilia (1965-1967) is comprised of newspaper clippings, programs, and publications primarily created by the Confederated Students of Nevada Southern (CSNS) that were collected by Tom Hribar, the former student body president of Nevada Southern University (NSU). The Barbara Raben Collection on the Las Vegas Jewish Community (1976-2018) is comprised of materials collected by Barbara Raben that document her personal life and her involvement with the Las Vegas, Nevada Jewish community, specifically the Hadassah Southern Nevada Chapter and the Jewish Family Service Agency (JFSA) of Clark County, Nevada. Hadassah and JFSA records consist of photographs and programs from events held by the organizations. Materials also document Raben's business, The Candy Factory, and her connections to the Florence Melton School of Adult Jewish Learning.

The Loretta Bowman Collection of Clark County Clerk Records (1912-1997) contain documents collected by Clark County Clerk Loretta Bowman during her time in office. Materials include court proceedings, signed agreements and contracts, appointments to public offices and related correspondence, denials of cases involving battery on police officers, affidavits for birth certificates, and criminal peace bonds. The majority of the materials are oaths of office and the related surety bonds for government officials.

The UNLV University Libraries Collection on Southern Nevada Mining (1905-1921) contains documents, financial records, and customer correspondence from various mining companies operating in Southern Nevada during the early 20th century. Key figures and mining operations represented in the collection include Charles Sprague, Benjamin Gill, Hugh Brown, Earl Rinker, and the Goldfield Consolidated Mining Company. Also included is a 1905 panoramic photograph entitled "Rose & Palmer's Teams" taken by Ramsey and Pierce in Las Vegas, Nevada.
