The Brian Jones Collection of Henderson, Nevada Aerial Photographs contain 107 4"x6" photographic prints of Henderson, Nevada and the surrounding area from approximately 1997 to 2002 taken by longtime Las Vegas, Nevada photographer Brian Jones. Images depict the construction of residential areas, roads, and commercial buildings. Other images include the Green Valley community, Galleria at Sunset Mall, St. Rose Dominican Hospital, Titanium Metals Corporation (TIMET), and Henderson City Hall. Lastly, there are images of parking lots, industrial areas, and airport runways in Henderson and Las Vegas, Nevada.

Oral history interview with John Kilduff conducted by Stefani Evans on November 03, 2017 for the Building Las Vegas Oral History Project. In this interview, Kilduff discusses his early life in New Jersey. He talks about his background in accounting, and his employment with Arthur Anderson LLC and Leisure Technology. Kilduff recalls arriving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1993, joining the Howard Hughes Corporation, and his role with American Nevada Company. Kilduff describes the development of Summerlin, Green Valley, Aliante, and infrastructure differences in those areas. Lastly, Kilduff discusses building Bishop Gorman High School.

Morgan Real Estate Development Records (1971-1997) relate to commercial and residential real estate development, primarily in Los Angeles, California and Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada. Materials consist of Hughes Development/Summa Corporation projects including the Hughes Center and Playa Vista in Los Angeles, California, and Summerlin and the Hughes Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. There are also extensive records related to the financing and development of Green Valley Ranch and Lake Las Vegas, projects Morgan helped develop through his private company, Thomas Morgan & Associates. Also represented are a number of casino-related projects for the Sands, the Frontier, the Landmark, and the Westgate hotel-casinos. Additional materials include general business records, handwritten notes and memoranda, and correspondence; Summa financial papers and forecasts; books on finance and a 1982 Desert Inn Master Plan architectural portfolio.
