Publicity materials, business plans, reports, proposals, and project binders from 1979 to 1990 document Mark Fine’s work as President of American Nevada Corporation (ANC) and the development of Green Valle in Henderson, Nevada. ANC records also include design standards, memos, financial information, budgets, site plans, projections, and some correspondence. The corporation itself and its subsidiaries are documented in the series, as well as specific real estate development projects of Green Valley.

An album documenting some of the key events and activities that the Americanism and Civic Affairs Committee of the Las Vegas B'nai B'rith Women, Chapter No. 415, participated in during 1955. Created by Mrs. Russell Sherman, the Americanism and Civics Chairman from 1955-1956, the album contains various items including text passages, newspaper clippings, letters, programs, photographs, announcements, and certificates.

Oral history interview with Al Lermusiaux conducted by Shirley Dianne Long on March 09, 1978 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Lermusiaux begins by talking about his move to Las Vegas, his family and what brought him to the city. He shares many anecdotes about the construction of different iconic buildings in Las Vegas, the inner workings of the business, payments to employees and the changes in technology. Lermusiaux, in particular, talks of the telephone system in the fifties and the changes in structures and their regulations. During his interview, Lermusiaux lays out an image of old Las Vegas and Henderson, giving detailed descriptions of the layout of the city, the projects he worked on and the effects of the weather on building structures in Las Vegas.
