The Blue Diamond Mine Photograph Collection depicts operations at the Blue Diamond Mine from approximately 1950 to 1971. The photographs include images of heavy machinery, mining structures, and workers. The photographs also contain aerial views of Blue Diamond Mine and the surrounding landscape.

The collection includes photographs of the American Association of the United Nations, the Navy Mother's Club, and the Women's Democratic Club. The collection also includes photographs of Nevada politicians and entertainers.

The Ella Earl Carruth Photograph Collection contains photographs depicting Mormon settlers in Nevada from 1906 to 1934. The materials include photographs of the Mormon Fort in present-day Las Vegas, Nevada, the town of Bunkerville, Nevada, and Mormon pioneers Edward Bunker, Joseph Ira Earl, and Zilpha Earl.

The Lewis E. Tullis Photograph Collection is comprised of six photographic reprints, five with captions from Lewis Tullis, that depict emergency response vehicles at McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas, Nevada from approximately 1970 to 1984.

The Castaways Hotel and Casino Photograph Collection, approximately 1963 to 1987, consists of black-and-white and color photographic prints and negatives. Images depict the exterior of the entrance to the property, the mega-pylon sign, the pool area, and the “Gateway to Luck” replica temple in the courtyard area. The interior images depict various hotel rooms and suites, a couple dining, and a performance by Rusty Isabel, an entertainer in the Kon Tiki Lounge inside the property.

The Marian Honeycutt Photograph Collection (1963-1969) is comprised of snapshots taken of famous Las Vegas landmarks in the 1960s. Among the landmarks depicted are: the Golden Nugget, the Golden Slipper, the Desert Inn Hotel, and the Sahara Hotel. Some of the snapshots were taken from the interior of a vehicle.

The Byrd Wall Sawyer Photograph Collection contains color photographic slides depicting Byrd Wall Sawyer’s home, the Carson House, in Carson City, Nevada; towns and cities; and landscapes throughout Nevada between approximately 1950 to 1970. Nevada towns and cities primarily depicted include Belmont, Manhattan, Reno, and Dixie. Nevada landscapes include Carson River, Carson Mountains, Olinghouse Canyon, Washoe Lake, King’s Canyon, Lake Winnemucca, Washoe Valley, and Lake Tahoe.

The Katherine Hoenig Arai Photograph Collection dates from 1941 to 1942, and contains black-and-white photographic prints of the owner and founder of the El Rancho Vegas, Thomas E. Hull and his wife Jerry. Images depict the Hulls posing inside and out in front of the hotel shortly after its opening, as well as a and also a portrait of Hull.

The Stardust Resort and Casino Photograph Collection, approximately 1970 to 1979, consists of black-and-white and color photographic prints of the Stardust Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. The photographs depict the interior and exterior of the hotel before and after its renovation in 1975.

The Glenn Davis Photograph Collection (approximately 1914-1960) depicts life in Southern Nevada and the American Southwest. The images were created or collected by Las Vegas photographer Glenn Davis and include images of the construction on the Hoover Dam (formerly known as the Boulder Dam), landscapes, gaming, and residents of the region.
