Biographical / Historical Note
Lewis Eugene Tullis was the youngest of seven children born to David and Aroetta Tullis on September 3, 1935 in Hinckley, Utah. Lewis was a career firefighter and worked in the Clark County Fire and Rescue Department from 1956 until he retired as a captain in 1993. After he retired, Tullis moved to Utah and passed away on July 5, 2012.
