Local news reports on the Stardust Hotel having heating system trouble in the new high-rise tower. The resort hopes to have heat on soon, but is having trouble relocating guests due to a 100% occupancy rate. The second segment discusses the cold weather is cuasing many shows and entertainment spectacles to be put on hold. The Mirage Volcano waterfalls are iced over, and the "Lido" show was cancelled due to frozen and burst water pipes.
